SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:</b><br>
1. To greet and assist customers and donors upon entering the store.<br>
2. To bag merchandise, promptly answer the phone, with the correct Goodwill greeting, and accurately handle store returns.<br>
3. To receive, stock, tag, count and inventory merchandise.<br>
4. To assist in loading and unloading trucks from the distribution center.<br>
5. To stock, merchandise, colorize, and size textiles.<br>
6. To stock, merchandise, electronics, furniture, house wares, exercise equipment, mechanical devices and other hard good to make certain items are safe and not on the Consumer Product Safety Recall list.<br>
7. To perform general housekeeping, custodial and janitorial duties as may be scheduled and assigned.<br>
8. To perform all other duties as assigned.</p>

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:</div><br>

To supervise the processing of products to ensure consistent product flow. To maximize the daily sales goals of the retail stores. Excess products should be sorted, processed, contained, identified and stored in a safe approved manner for subsequent retail store requirements.
</li><li>To maintain quality control of overall merchandise flow through the supervision of and delegation of production staff. When possible, exceed production goals and enhance sales goals.
</li><li>To ensure the safety, efficiency and effectiveness of processing functions.</li><li>
To hire, train and supervise production/retail team members to ensure goals of retail division are met.</li><li>
To maintain daily store inventories at approved levels to maximize sales.
</li><li>To provide direction to production and retail associates to ensure appropriate quality and quantities of store merchandise needs are met daily.</li><li>
To prepare daily work schedules for all production/retail associates as needed or directed.</li><li>
To cross-train in all aspects of retail management for career growth development.</li><li>
To provide proactive repair and preventive maintenance of any specified equipment.</li><li>
To perform general housekeeping, custodial and janitorial duties as may be scheduled and assigned.</li><li>
To ensure compliance with established Goodwill policies and procedures.</li><li>
To work with the store team to maximize growth of the location</li><li>
To help coordinate sales promotions and activities
</li><li>To perform other management duties such as taking deposit to the bank, opening and closing duties of the retail facility, and being up to date with all POS functions.</li><li>
To help store management cross train associates in all aspects of production and retail needs.</li><li>
To adhere to all attendance policies and all LP policies and procedures.</li><li>
To perform all other duties as assigned.</li></ul><br>

Education:</b> High School diploma or equivalent.</div><br>
<div>
</div><div><b>Work Experience:</b> Minimum of one-year supervisory experience preferably in a light manufacturing, material handling or retail-shipping environment. Previous customer service experience to include retail, shipping and receiving and/or office, clerical duties.</div><br>
<div>
</div><div><b>Physical Requirements:</b> Daily requirements may include climbing, balancing, reaching, talking, hearing, seeing, standing, stooping, kneeling, handling, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling. May be exposed to dust and odors. May be required to do limited work outdoors.</div><br>

<div><b>
Safety &amp; Security:</b> Responsible for following all safety and security procedures for processing, transportation and Attended Donation Centers, as directed by Goodwill policy. <b>Valid Driver&rsquo;s License with limited point violations (preferred).</b></div><br>

Work Hours:</b> As assigned by store location.</div><br>

Work Attire:</b> Each associate is expected to present a fashionable, neat, and clean appearance that will be reflective of Goodwill&rsquo;s positive image in the community. Each associate is also required to abide by the dress code, including wearing the required name badge, where visible, at all times.</div></div>
