<div>As a Donation Warehouse Associate, you will be the first point of contact for donors and customers, ensuring a positive experience through excellent customer service. You will assist with the unloading and categorization of donations, maintain clean and organized work areas, and keep accurate records of donations, all while ensuring safety and security practices are followed.

Your Typical Day:
Customer Service Excellence:<ul><li>
Ensure 100% donor and customer satisfaction.</li><li>
Greet donors promptly, courteously, and with a friendly demeanor.</li><li>
Assistdonors in unloading donations and offer tax receipts.</li><li>
Maintainaccuratedaily donation counts.</li></ul>
 Donation Processing:<ul><li>
Break down donations intoappropriate categories.</li><li>
Process hard goods as a priority.</li><li>
Ensure all donations are processed within 24 hours.</li></ul>
 Facility Maintenance and Cleanliness:<ul><li>
Keep the drive-through and work area clean, neat, and organized.</li><li>
Transport trash to the compactor or dumpster andoperatethe compactor as needed.</li><li>
Maintain a safe and secure work environment by adhering to safety policies and reporting hazards or injuries.</li></ul>
 Team Support and Additional Duties:<ul><li>
Provide excellent customer service to all customers.</li><li>
Work with store management to meet store goals and deadlines.</li><li>
Participate in activities outside of the store, as needed.</li><li>
Attend training sessions as assigned.</li></ul>

Contribute to the retail and organizational mission by completing tasks and supporting overall goals.</li></ul>
What you&rsquo;ll need:<ul><li>
High School diploma or GED, or equivalent job-related experience.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to quickly assess donated goods and determineappropriate routing.</li><li>
Functional reading and writing skills.</li><li>
Good eyesight and color vision.</li><li>
Ability toworka flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays asrequired.</li><li>
Ability to lift and carry 40-60 pounds.</li><li>
Ability to push or pull up to 100 pounds.</li><li>
Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, stooping, squatting, and pushing.</li><li>
Work performed both indoors and outdoors, with exposure to various weather conditions.</li><li>
Exposure todust and moderate levels of physical exertion.</li><li>
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment with occasional short deadlines.</li></ul>
