Goodwill Southern California is hiring Retail Associates to support our mission of Transforming Lives Through the Power of Work. As a Retail Associate, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and organized shopping and donation experience that keeps our stores running efficiently and supports our community programs.
 
What You’ll Do: 
<ul>
<li>Provide excellent service to every customer and donor with professionalism and positivity.</li>
<li>Operate cash registers, process transactions accurately, and handle donations with care.</li>
<li>Sort, price, and merchandise donated goods to meet company standards.</li>
<li>Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.</li>
<li>Contribute to sales and production goals by supporting daily store operations.</li>
<li>Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.</li>
</ul>
What You Bring: 
<ul>
<li>Ability to read, speak, and write basic English.</li>
<li>Some retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred.</li>
<li>Comfortable using point-of-sale and basic computer systems.</li>
<li>Dependable, punctual, and motivated to support a team environment.</li>
<li>A strong commitment to Goodwill’s mission and RISE values (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence).</li>
