Goodwin is seeking a Technology Solutions Manager to lead technology strategy and delivery across the Matter-to-Cash (M2C) lifecycle&mdash;from matter intake through billing, collections, and cash application. This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (Finance, Pricing, Billing, Collections, Practice Operations) and Enterprise Applications. 
The role is responsible for defining the end-to-end process vision, translating business needs into functional and technical requirements, and ensuring delivery of scalable, integrated solutions that improve efficiency, data integrity, and revenue realization. 
What You Will Do:
Business Partnership &amp; Process Ownership<ul><li>
Serve as the primary interface across M2C stakeholders (Matter Intake, Pricing, Billing, Collections, Finance, Practice Operations).</li><li>
Own and evolve the end-to-end Matter-to-Cash process vision and roadmap.</li><li>
Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities across the lifecycle.</li></ul>
Requirements &amp; Solution Design<ul><li>
Translate cross-functional business needs into end-to-end process flows, functional specs, and technical requirements.</li><li>
Ensure solutions are designed with upstream/downstream impacts in mind (e.g., matter setup billing collections).</li><li>
Partner with architects and engineers to deliver scalable, integrated solutions.</li></ul>
Delivery &amp; Execution<ul><li>
Act as product owner or delivery lead for M2C initiatives, prioritizing work across multiple stakeholders.</li><li>
Ensure alignment across teams and manage trade-offs between process standardization and business flexibility.</li><li>
Oversee UAT and ensure solutions meet defined business outcomes.</li></ul>
Application &amp; Data Ecosystem<ul><li>
Maintain a holistic view of systems supporting M2C (e.g., matter management, pricing tools, billing platforms, reporting).</li><li>
Drive data consistency and integrity across systems and handoffs.</li><li>
Support integration strategies and data flows across the application landscape.</li></ul>
Change Management &amp; Adoption<ul><li>
Drive adoption of new processes and tools across attorney and business user groups.</li><li>
Develop documentation, training, and communication plans to support change.</li><li>
Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, risks, and outcomes.</li></ul> 
Who You Are:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in information systems, Business, Finance, or related field.</li><li>
6&ndash;10+ years of experience in technology solutions, product management, or business systems roles.</li><li>
End-to-end process thinking (not siloed systems view)</li><li>
Strong translation between business needs and technical delivery</li><li>
Stakeholder alignment and influence across functions</li><li>
Structured problem-solving and execution discipline</li><li>
Clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences</li><li>
Experience working across end-to-end business processes (e.g., order-to-cash, matter-to-cash, or similar).</li><li>
Proven ability to translate complex, cross-functional requirements into scalable solutions.</li><li>
Strong stakeholder management across both business and technical teams.</li><li>
Experience in legal or professional services environments.</li><li>
Familiarity with systems such as Aderant Expert, billing platforms, or Intapp matter management systems.</li><li>
Experience with process optimization, workflow automation, and system integrations.</li><li>
Exposure to data/reporting platforms and AI/automation initiatives.</li><li>
Agile / Scrum experience (Product Owner or equivalent).</li></ul>

(Sr) Talent Acquisition Specialist will report to the Director, Talent Acquisition, Global Operations to support the firm&rsquo;s recruiting efforts to attract a highly skilled and diverse workforce. This person works in a highly collaborative manner with hiring managers and Human Resources to develop and execute customized sourcing and recruiting strategies to generate a pipeline of qualified candidates. This position includes utilizing recruiting and sourcing tools such as job boards, social media, resume databases and search engines to identify potential candidates, conduct initial phone screens, and maintain the highest level of customer service for candidates and hiring managers throughout recruiting lifecycle.
What You Will Do:<ul><li>
You will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting that includes meeting with the hiring manager and the HR business partners to identify the hiring need(s) and to set clear expectations for the process as well as manage the sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates.</li><li>
Act as partner, consultant, and advisor to hiring managers and HRBP&rsquo;s by developing and driving strategies to recruit talent in a highly competitive market</li><li>
Provide strategic direction and counsel to hiring managers and human resource business partners</li><li>
Coach Hiring Managers on the interview and selection process to ensure optimal selection of candidates for available positions</li><li>
Drive the sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and offer negotiation process</li><li>
Leverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events</li><li>
Ensure an impressive candidate experience through thorough communication &amp; timely feedback, as well as interviewer preparedness and effective interview format</li><li>
Build and on-going, proactive pipeline of qualified candidates</li><li>
Work with on boarding to relay important documents for employment, such as help completing new hire forms, removal of postings, background checks, notifying the department of employee's starting date and the requisition the employee is filling, etc.</li><li>
Partner with Recruiting Manager to develop creative sourcing strategies</li><li>
Track metrics and use data for strategic analysis of recruiting campaigns</li></ul>
Who You Are:<ul><li>
Experience leveraging Boolean search and social media to source and attract talent</li><li>
Direct sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and approaches including networking, internet mining, cold calling and grass roots efforts</li><li>
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System, Workday Recruiting a plus</li><li>
High energy, tenacious personality and strong relationship building skills required</li><li>
An ability to work independently and drive recruiting seamlessly, quickly and with passion</li><li>
Ability to work in a fast paced under deadline pressure environment</li><li>
Strong customer management skills with ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates &amp; hiring managers</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>
4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an professional services, entrepreneurial, fast growth or start-up like environment.</li><li>
