The Project Assistant/Case Assistant is an entry level position in either our Business Law Departments working with attorneys in all phases of transactional matters under the supervision of a Sr Paralegal Staff member.</div><div></div><div>
The Project Assistant/Case Assistant is a two-year rotational role that allows for a solid foundation for those interested in attending a Legal post graduate program or other related legal path. The Conflict Attorney is responsible for conflicts clearance review and analysis for firm-wide legal hires and new business, working directly with the Department Director and Managers, as well as with attorneys and the firm&rsquo;s Ethics Advisory Committee, to identify and resolve potential ethics and business conflict issues.
