 We&rsquo;re hiring a
 
 Process Engineer
 
 to support and improve chemical manufacturing operations at a well-established production site in the Chattanooga, TN area. This role is hands-on and plant-facing, focused on
 
 process optimization, troubleshooting, safety, and continuous improvement
 
 .
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop, optimize, and monitor chemical manufacturing processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify inefficiencies and lead process improvements to improve quality, yield, and cost
 </li>
 <li>
 Support scale-ups, experimental runs, and new product introductions
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis in collaboration with operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in HAZOPs, PHAs, MOCs, and safety reviews
 </li>
 <li>
 Create process documentation, SOPs, and operating instructions
 </li>
 <li>
 Support capital projects from design through startup
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 BS in Chemical Engineering or related technical discipline
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in chemical or regulated manufacturing environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on, plant-based mindset with a strong safety focus
 
 
 </li>
