 Office Manager Requirements &amp; Qualifications

 High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate&rsquo;s degree in office administration or related field preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 3 years of administrative and clerical experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and communication skills
 
 
 </li>

 Proficiency in Spanish a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in food production or food industry a plus

 Office Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

 <li>
 Oversee general administrative functions and daily office operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide clerical support, including managing correspondence, mail, and document preparation
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage insurance and documentation for company vehicles
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle vendor invoicing, quote requests, and coordinate facility maintenance visits
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with general managers and wholesale partners to resolve invoice and delivery issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emergency procedures and execute necessary documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Support operational compliance and ensure accurate recordkeeping
