This is your chance to join a respected, growing, and established family law firm in St. Charles and Wheaton.Minimum Requirements:<ul><li>3 years of litigation experience</li><li>An interest in family law</li><li>Strong abilities in legal research, persuasive writing, and effective negotiation</li><li>Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support cases, from initial consultation through resolution</li><li>Conduct consultations with prospective clients and develop tailored legal strategies</li><li>Manage a diverse caseload with attention to detail, efficiency, and client communication</li><li>Draft and review pleadings, motions, and related legal documents</li><li>Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and trials</li><li>Collaborate closely with fellow attorneys and support staff to achieve positive outcomes for clients</li></ul>In office with limited opportunity for WFH hybridJob Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
