Gordon &amp; DeSantis Orthodontics is seeking a candidate for our Treatment Coordinator position. The position is 4 days a week Monday-Thursday from 7:45-5:00. This position will be required to travel to both Greenville and Troy locations.Essential functions:- Establish rapport with new patients and their families- Lead the new patient exam process including taking photos and x-rays- Assist the doctor in exams by documenting existing dental concerns, dental conditions, and the doctor's recommended treatment options- Communicate and coordinate orthodontic treatment, insurance benefits and payment options to patients and referring dental officesRequirements/Qualifications:- Excellent customer service skills- Orthodontic or dental experience (preferred)- Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities- Independent, reliable and responsible- Friendly, ethical and professional**Compensation will be based on skills and experience**Job Type: Full-timePay: $8.00 - $500.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
