We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in graphic design, digital marketing, and website management, along with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. This role requires someone who can balance creativity with organization and execute tasks with a sense of urgency.<br>
</div><div><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br>
</div><ul><li>Manage and update the company&rsquo;s WordPress website, including modifying existing pages and creating new ones</li>
<li>Design and create marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)</li>
<li>Develop and manage visual content for digital campaigns, including social media and email marketing</li>
<li>Plan, create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms</li>
<li>Develop catchy and effective advertisements for e-campaigns</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement new marketing ideas and strategies</li>
<li>Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality</li>
<li>Monitor and report on campaign performance as needed</li>
</ul><div><b>Required Qualifications:</b><br>
</div><ul><li>Proficiency in WordPress (content updates, page creation, and basic customization)</li>
<li>Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li>
<li>Familiarity with social media management tools and platforms</li>
<li>Strong graphic design skills and understanding of visual branding</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>High level of attention to detail and organizational skills</li>
<li>Ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas</li>
<li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new tasks</li>
</ul><div><b>Preferred (Desired) Skills:</b><br>
</div><ul><li>Experience with AutoCAD and 3ds Max for creating website drawings, renderings and occasional animations</li></ul>
