GRSM&rsquo;s Virtual Legal Support Assistant (&ldquo;VLS Assistant&rdquo;) will work in a remote capacity and actively process sensitive and confidential case related assignments received from the Firm&rsquo;s brick and mortar offices. This is a fast-paced and metric-driven environment where accuracy matters and results are measured. Extensive training is provided along with full benefits, including computer equipment. This fully remote role will be staffed in VLS&rsquo; Direct Support (&ldquo;DS&rdquo;) service line and will work daytime hours. The following shifts <b>can be filled from any US location</b> and will include a mandatory 1-hour lunch. This is a full-time, 40 hour per week role.</div><div></div><div><br>
Opening #1: Monday-Friday, 11am to 8pm ET / 8am to 5pm PT<br>
Opening #2: Monday-Friday, 9am to 6pm ET / 6am to 3pm PT</div><div><b><br>
Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Polished and professional office communication &ndash; you are a visible representative of the VLS Department and must present in a polished and professional manner at all times</li><li>
Maintain up-to-date Client Case Lists</li><li>
Save &amp; Distribute Incoming Mail</li><li>
Download and save court ECF Filings using firm naming conventions</li><li>
Process Vendor Invoices using Chrome River software</li><li>
Process Expense Reimbursements using Chrome River software</li><li>
Ad Hoc projects such as: large PDF bookmarking projects, large OCR projects</li></ul><div><b>
Department Overview:</b></div><div></div><div><br>
The Virtual Legal Support Team handles a wide array of legal support functions across our three service lines: Direct Support, Document Processing and New Matter Intake. Some of the tasks this department performs are as follows: review and data entry for new matters, organize and name incoming documents in the firm&rsquo;s Document Management System (iManage), prepare confidential and sensitive legal documents across all 50 states using templates and forms within the Microsoft Suite programs, Kofax Power PDF, and other firm software to convert documents, replace text, run document comparisons, mark and run tables of content and authorities, mail merges, create fillable forms, and edit presentations.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
REQUIRED: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience working in a law firm setting.</li><li>
Strength in MS Teams preferred; previous remote work experience preferred.</li><li>
iManage, Chrome River and Kofax experience preferred.</li><li>
Advanced skillset using Microsoft Suite Programs (e.g., Word, Excel and PowerPoint).</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
Salary: $45,000.00 annually or $21.63 per hour.</div><div></div><div><br>

Ideal candidates must have 3-5 years of experience. There may be flexible options for successful candidates, including hybrid and full-time opportunities.<br>
<br>
<b>Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Knowledge of court rules, calendaring, e-filing and filing procedures.</li><li>
Strong computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office Products, File site, Milana).</li><li>
Candidates should be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced, team-structured setting.</li><li>
Manage calendar for Partners &amp; Associates.</li><li>
Support work includes a high level of trust and gatekeeping of sensitive documents and external communication.</li><li>
Candidates must maintain independent judgment, strong problem solving and proofreading skills.</li><li>
Excellent written, verbal communication and attention to detail is required.</li><li>
Ability to organize and/or shift priorities in a consistently fast-paced environment is essential.</li><li>
Ability to e-file in NJ, NY &amp; PA (both State and Federal a plus).</li></ul><div>
