The Marketing Assistant will work closely with members of the Marketing Department and individual attorneys providing administrative, organizational, and project support to senior members of the team.</div><div></div><div><br>
This full-time position can be based in any of our U.S. offices. Hybrid and remote arrangements are available for successful candidates.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Responsibilities:</b></div><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Serve as the primary point of contact for attorney bio edits, photo updates, and onboarding of new attorney bios.</li><li>
Assist with pitch materials, including attorney biographies, firm overviews, and service summaries.</li><li>
Support the collection and archiving of recent transactions and litigation matters, and draft marketing descriptions for use in proposals and other materials.</li><li>
Update matters in the firm&rsquo;s RFP program (Ikaun).</li><li>
Design professional social media graphics for announcements using Canva.</li><li>
Maintain and organize department&rsquo;s digital photo and document libraries.</li></ul><ul><li>
Draft monthly and quarterly internal firm newsletters highlighting firm updates and new attorneys.</li><li>
Assist with formatting and publishing attorney-written content, including firm news, publications, and legal updates.</li></ul><ul><li>
Train on and support CRM use (HubSpot), including creating searches, generating mailing and invitation lists, and general data maintenance and contact list clean-up.</li><li>
Support webinar series for multiple practice groups.</li></ul><ul><li>
Regularly review the firm&rsquo;s website to ensure that information is accurate and up to date.</li><li>
Support formatting and reformatting of PowerPoint presentations for attorney use.</li><li>
Coordinate Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers data verification efforts.</li><li>
Assist with other marketing projects and initiatives as assigned.</li></ul><div><b>
Desired Skills &amp; Qualifications:</b></div><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required, preferably in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or related field.</li><li>
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing or related field. Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred but not required.</li><li>
Strong technology skills including proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva with the ability to quickly learn new programs and tools.</li><li>
Website content management and HubSpot experience is preferred but not required.</li><li>
Strong organizational, communication and client service skills, with close attention to detail are essential.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.</li><li>
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.</li></ul><p></p><div><b><br>

We are seeking multiple highly motivated attorneys with 2 to 6 years of experience but welcome all levels of experience to apply.</p><p></p><p><br>

Job duties include performing legal research, drafting legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, and client correspondence, attending court conferences, handling investigations and discovery, including depositions.
