Job Title: Security Guard &ndash; Unarmed (Multiple Assignments Available)Company: Kodiak Security Services LLCLocation: Phyllis, KY and surrounding areasPay: $20 per hour (based on position, qualifications, and assignment)Job DescriptionKodiak Security Services LLC is seeking reliable and professional Unarmed Security Guards to support a variety of client vendors throughout the area. Assignments vary by client and may include full-time opportunities.We have consistent work available, and once onboarded, candidates may be offered assignments immediately as opportunities arise.General Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain a visible security presence to deter unauthorized activity</li><li>Monitor and patrol assigned areas, both on foot and/or by vehicle</li><li>Control access points and verify credentials as required</li><li>Observe, report, and document suspicious activity or incidents</li><li>Respond professionally to emergencies and follow established procedures</li><li>Provide excellent customer service while enforcing site-specific rules</li><li>Complete incident reports and daily activity logs as required</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Expectations<ul><li>Must be reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct</li><li>Ability to follow post orders and client-specific requirements</li><li>Strong communication and observation skills</li><li>Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods</li><li>Armed positions require valid licensing and applicable certifications</li><li>Must maintain all required security qualifications and licensing as mandated by applicable local, state, or federal agencies</li><li>Prior security experience preferred but not required for all assignments</li></ul>Uniform RequirementsUniform policies vary by client assignment and may include:<ul><li>Client-provided uniforms</li><li>Khakis with a black shirt</li><li>All-black attire</li><li>Shirt or polo labeled &ldquo;SECURITY&rdquo;</li></ul>Specific uniform details will be provided with each assignment.Additional Information<ul><li>Final assignment details, schedules, and pay rates are provided after onboarding is completed</li><li>Candidates will receive assignment offers and may accept or decline based on availability</li><li>Being active in our system allows for immediate placement when work becomes available</li></ul>Apply today to begin the onboarding process and gain access to ongoing security opportunities with Kodiak Security Services LLC.Pay: $19.50 per hourWork Location: In person
