<div>Join our team as a Maintenance Technician (Part Time) at our Lion's Ridge location!
Lion&rsquo;s Ridge is a 113-unit workforce housing community in beautiful Vail, CO. We&rsquo;re looking for a skilled part-time Maintenance Technician to keep our property running smoothly and looking its best. In this role, you&rsquo;ll support daily repairs, apartment turns, seasonal upkeep, and overall building operations&mdash;directly contributing to a safe, comfortable living experience for our residents.
What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>
Handle day-to-day and emergency maintenance, including drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs</li><li>
Troubleshoot issues to identify solutions quickly and effectively</li><li>
Complete apartment turns using checklists and make-ready processes</li><li>
Perform daily property walks to ensure safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal</li><li>
Maintain common areas, building systems, and seasonal upkeep (snow, leaves, weather prep)</li><li>
Communicate with residents, vendors, and team members to keep operations moving</li><li>
Participate in on-call for after-hours emergencies</li><li>
Follow all OSHA, safety, and property compliance requirements</li></ul>
What You Bring:<ul><li>
2+ years of maintenance or building repair experience</li><li>
Skilled in drywall, painting, appliance repairs, and electrical troubleshooting</li><li>
Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills</li><li>
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and support team needs</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license and insurable MVR</li></ul>
