Job description:<ul><li>Prepare, review &amp; analyze the Accounting records including Book Keeping, Financial Statements and other analysis of Financial Reports to check the accuracy &amp; reliability.</li><li>Establish Table of Accounts (Ledger) and pass/ assign the entries into proper accounts.</li><li>Compute &amp; calculate outstanding taxes and prepare the tax returns &amp; other tax requirements as according to Regulations.</li><li>Should have the complete knowledge of MS office(especially Excel), QuickBooks and other accounting software</li><li>Apply all accounting standards on financial statement where it is necessary and audit procedure at the time of reconciliation of record.</li><li>Develop, Record &amp; analyze projected budgets and make a final report or presentation that compare projected and actual cost of the company and access the overall performance at the end of year.</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.</li><li>Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take</li><li>Maintain the financial health of the organization.</li><li>Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company&rsquo;s actual performance compared to the business plans.</li><li>Develop trends and projections for the firm&rsquo;s finances.</li><li>Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.</li><li>Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.</li><li>Manage the preparation of the company&rsquo;s budget.</li><li>Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.</li><li>Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.</li></ul>Requirements and skills:<ul><li>Proven experience as Finance Manager.</li><li>CA -Finalist/ACCA with Articles from reputed Firm. (Mention remaining papers)</li><li>At least 5 to 7 year Experience in a well reputed organization (candidates related to insurance and tracking industry will be preferred).</li><li>Familiar with national and local accounting and taxation policies, proficient in Microsoft office software, Quick Book, and tax filing system.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Finance Manager

<ul><li>Reconcile bank statements.</li><li>Track bank deposits and payments.</li><li>Maintain records and receipts for all daily transactions.</li><li>Ensure financial records are kept up to date with the latest transactions and changes.</li><li>Monitor all bank deposits and payments.</li><li>Preparing bank reconciliation statements.</li><li>Reviewing financial and statistical reports.</li><li>Process weekly payments of all authorized purchase invoices and expense claims by BACS.</li><li>Bank and cash management, including reconciliation of all bank accounts and credit cards.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven 2 years work experience as a Finance Officer or similar role.</li><li>Experience using QuickBooks.</li><li>Advanced MS Excel skills.</li><li>Excellent analytical and numerical skills.</li><li>Bachelor Degree in Finance.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Finance Assistant

<ul><li>We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer for vehicle tracking system to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers (Tracking companies).</li><li>Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.</li><li>Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.</li><li>Resolve software and hardware problems and help our customers install applications and programs.</li><li>Resolving issues using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support.</li><li>Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup.</li><li>Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.</li><li>Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they&rsquo;ve solved a technical issue.</li><li>Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)</li><li>Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.</li><li>Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions.</li><li>Ensure all issues are properly logged.</li><li>Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.</li><li>Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.</li><li>Prepare accurate and timely reports.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role</li><li>Hands-on experience with tracking software and tracking devices will be a plus</li><li>Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products</li><li>Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues</li><li>Familiarity with remote desktop applications</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills</li><li>Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal</li><li>BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
