<div>Introduction: 
 
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Toddler Teacher to join our team and provide high-quality care and education to toddlers in our child care center. The Toddler Teacher will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for toddlers, planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, and communicating with parents about their child's development and progress. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff. 
Responsibilities: 
 
<ul><li>Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for toddlers, including providing emotional and physical support
</li><li>Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development of toddlers
</li><li>Communicate with parents about their child's development and progress, including providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or questions
</li><li>Follow all policies and procedures related to the care and education of toddlers, including adhering to safety protocols and maintaining accurate records
</li><li>Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure continuity of care and education
</li><li>Other duties as assigned 
</li></ul> 
Qualifications: 
 
<ul><li>Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Toddler Teacher or in a similar role
</li><li>Early Childhood Education (ECE) degree or relevant state certification
</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
</li><li>Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff
</li><li>Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities for toddlers
