Your role</h1>
Do you want to build the platform that helps engineering teams move faster, ship safer, and scale smarter?
You'll work at the intersection of Platform Engineering, SRE, Developer Experience, and AI Enablement&mdash;building the infrastructure, tooling, and guardrails that power a global SaaS platform.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You'll Do</h2><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Build and Evolve Our Platform</h3><ul><li>
Design, build, and operate the cloud-native platform that supports our engineering organization.</li><li>
Create reusable platform services, self-service capabilities, and infrastructure standards that help product teams deliver software faster and more reliably.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Elevate Developer Experience</h3><ul><li>
Reduce friction across the software development lifecycle.</li><li>
Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, internal tooling, automation, and developer workflows that increase productivity and accelerate delivery.</li><li>
Partner with engineering teams to continuously improve the developer experience.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Drive Reliability &amp; Observability</h3><ul><li>
Improve the reliability and performance of our systems.</li><li>
Define and maintain SLAs, SLOs, and observability standards using metrics, logs, tracing, and monitoring.</li><li>
Support incident response, root-cause analysis, and continuous platform improvements.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Enable AI-Native Engineering</h3><ul><li>
Help shape the next generation of developer platforms.</li><li>
Build infrastructure and workflows that support:<ul><li>
AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and future AI development tools</li><li>
Agentic AI infrastructure including MCP servers, tool-calling backends, and secure execution environments</li><li>
AI workload observability including LLM tracing, latency, usage, and cost monitoring</li><li>
Safe AI deployment workflows with model versioning, experimentation, rollbacks, and policy-driven guardrails</li></ul></li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Champion Security &amp; Platform Excellence</h3><ul><li>
Embed security, compliance, and Infrastructure-as-Code best practices into engineering workflows.</li><li>

Experience</h3><ul><li>
5+ years in Platform Engineering, SRE, Developer Experience, or a similar field</li><li>
Experience building and operating production systems in AWS</li><li>
Strong Infrastructure-as-Code and automation background</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Technical Skills</h3><ul><li>
Cloud &amp; Platform Technologies: You are experienced with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, and modern cloud-native infrastructure patterns.</li><li>
Observability &amp; Reliability: You know how to design systems that are observable, measurable, and resilient using tools such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana.</li><li>
Architecture &amp; Systems Thinking: You understand distributed systems, event-driven architectures, authentication and authorization models, infrastructure automation, and modern deployment strategies.</li><li>
