NOTE: This role aligns with UK working hours, so 12.30 pm - 9 pm / 11.30 - 8 pm, depending on the time of year.
Role Summary
Our Dubai-based client are looking for a Communication &amp; Branding Executive to play a pivotal role in shaping their external voice and strengthening brand visibility across all channels. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality content and communication that engages prospects, supports lead generation, and positions our client as a trusted authority within the market. 
 
Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and CRM Executive, you will manage email and SMS campaigns, create compelling long-form content, and ensure brand consistency across all external messaging.
Key Performance Indicators
&#9989; Deliver high-performing communication campaigns that generate a strong pipeline of quality leads.
 
&#9989; Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of multi-channel communication and marketing activity.
 
&#9989; Fully leverage the CRM system to build strong, automated, and efficient communication workflows.
 
&#9989; Ensure consistent, accurate, and high-quality brand messaging across all communication channels.
Responsibilities
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Deliver Impactful External Communication (Email &amp; SMS Campaigns)
</h3>&#9989; Create and deliver targeted email and SMS campaigns that drive engagement and sales-qualified leads.
 
&#9989; Understand segmented audiences to ensure messaging is relevant, valuable, and aligned to customer needs.
 
&#9989; Manage communication delivery through HubSpot, improving email performance and health scores.
 
&#9989; Refine and enhance automated workflows to support personalised communication journeys.
 
&#9989; Track, analyse, and report on campaign outcomes, providing data-led recommendations for optimisation.
 
&#9989; Develop and implement A/B testing plans to continually improve content performance.
 
&#9989; Explore additional communication channels to expand reach and support the full sales journey.
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Create Compelling Downloadable &amp; Long-Form Content
</h3>&#9989; Conduct in-depth market research to support content planning and a structured communication calendar.
 
&#9989; Develop high-value lead magnets, guides, articles, blogs, and long-form content to drive engagement and leads.
 
&#9989; Build and manage a pipeline of prospects interacting with content, supported by effective nurture journeys.
 
&#9989; Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure content aligns with client needs and market insights.
 
&#9989; Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver consistent, accurate, and brand-aligned materials.
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Support Broader Marketing &amp; Brand Visibility
</h3>&#9989; Contribute to social media content creation with a strong emphasis on external communication.
 
&#9989; Assist in developing content for weekly investment webinars and other client-facing initiatives.
 
&#9989; Create content that strengthens SEO performance and enhances organic visibility.
 
&#9989; Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy, relevancy, and brand consistency.
 
&#9989; Uphold brand voice and identity across every communication touchpoint.

</h2>&#9989; Strong analytical and logical mindset with the ability to interpret key performance data.
 
&#9989; Creative thinker with a passion for producing high-quality communication.
 
&#9989; Experience delivering email and/or SMS marketing campaigns.
 
&#9989; HubSpot experience (desirable).
 
&#9989; Understanding of SEO principles and content fundamentals.
 
&#9989; Passionate about communication that drives measurable lead generation.
 
&#9989; Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail and brand alignment.
 
&#9989; Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
