Role Overview
We&rsquo;re seeking a Director of Provider Marketing to serve as the executive owner of professional supply growth across our marketplace. This leader will own the strategy and execution for recruiting, activating, retaining, and growing the lifetime value of dental professionals&mdash;including hygienists, assistants, and dentists&mdash;across all active and expansion markets. 
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Own end-to-end professional supply growth, from acquisition through long-term retention and lifetime value</li><li>
Lead recruitment marketing strategy across SEO, paid acquisition, content, partnerships, and organic social channels</li><li>
Build and optimize lifecycle programs that drive activation, repeat engagement, and increased utilization</li><li>
Develop segmentation strategies by profession, geography, tenure, and behavioral signals</li><li>
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Support to improve onboarding, in-app engagement, and retention loops</li><li>
Scale and steward a professional-first brand narrative that reinforces trust, empowerment, and career mobility</li><li>
Use data to identify supply gaps, geographic mismatches, and diminishing returns across acquisition channels</li><li>
Own and report on professional-side KPIs including CAC, activation rate, retention, utilization, and LTV</li><li>
Lead experimentation across new acquisition channels, referral programs, and incentive structures</li></ul> 
Key Competencies:<ul><li>
4+ years of experience in B2C growth, healthcare marketing, recruitment marketing, or marketplace supply growth</li><li>
Proven success scaling acquisition and engagement at high volume</li><li>
Deep understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and retention mechanics</li><li>
Experience in marketplaces, healthcare, or regulated industries (preferred)</li><li>
Strong data-driven mindset with comfort owning ambiguous growth challenges</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Analytics, and Leadership</li></ul><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or equivalent experience (required)</li><li>
Superb verbal and written communication skills</li><li>

Role Overview
We&rsquo;re looking for a Director of Demand Generation to serve as the senior owner of office-side pipeline creation and revenue acceleration. This isn&rsquo;t a campaign manager role. This is a systems builder who will design, own, and scale the growth engine that drives qualified office acquisition, activation, and long-term revenue across GoTu&rsquo;s marketplace.
You&rsquo;ll own the full funnel from lead generation through activation and revenue realization, build the lifecycle architecture, and create the connective tissue between marketing programs, sales handoffs, and revenue outcomes. You&rsquo;ll manage vendor relationships, take ownership of key KPIs, and lead experimentation across channels and tools; including AI-powered workflows to unlock incremental growth. 
This role reports directly to the VP of Marketing and will play a central part in making marketing a measurable, indispensable driver of office growth. 
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Own office-side pipeline creation end-to-end: lead generation through activation and revenue realization</li><li>
Build and scale integrated demand programs across paid media, SEO, ABM, lifecycle marketing, email, community, and partnerships</li><li>
Design and execute full lifecycle journeys for a two-sided marketplace, including segmentation by office type, geography, and business maturity</li><li>
Optimize CAC, conversion rates, and payback periods through rigorous testing, experimentation, and funnel analysis</li><li>
Partner closely with Sales and Revenue Operations to improve lead quality, handoff velocity, and activation rates</li><li>
Develop attribution frameworks and reporting that clearly connect marketing spend to revenue outcomes</li><li>
Own and manage vendor relationships; setting clear expectations, holding partners accountable to deliverables, and making data-driven decisions on renewals and terminations</li><li>
Lead channel diversification efforts to reduce reliance on any single source of growth</li><li>
Forecast pipeline impact and support revenue planning in partnership with executive leadership</li><li>
Evaluate, recommend, and implement new marketing tools and platforms (ABM, enrichment, automation) that expand our capabilities</li><li>
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team, filling necessary skill gaps as the function scales</li><li>
Own and report on office-side KPIs including CAC, SQL rate, activation rate, revenue per account, and LTV</li></ul> 
Key Competencies:<ul><li>
4+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or revenue marketing leadership</li><li>
Proven track record of personally owning and growing pipeline, not just supporting it</li><li>
Deep understanding of full-funnel economics, attribution models, and lifecycle management</li><li>
Hands-on experience across multiple marketing disciplines: SEO, email, paid, ABM, community, and partnerships</li><li>
Strong proficiency with modern marketing technology stacks: comfortable evaluating, implementing, and optimizing tools</li><li>
Demonstrated vendor management skills with the interpersonal ability to hold partners accountable</li><li>
Experience building and leading teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments</li><li>
Strong partnership mindset with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Finance</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or equivalent experience</li></ul>
Preferred:<ul><li>
Experience in marketplace or two-sided platform businesses</li><li>
Dental or healthcare industry background</li><li>
ABM program ownership and execution experience</li><li>
People management experience</li></ul>
