Job Title: Interior Architect (Remote &ndash; Egypt)Company: Gothique Architects &amp; Interiors &ndash; Dubai, UAE Job Type: Remote (Full-Time)Job SummaryWe are looking for a talented Interior Architect to join Gothique Architects remotely from Egypt. The ideal candidate must be skilled in mood boards, concept design, 3D visualization, high-quality rendering, and shop drawings, with strong proficiency in 3Ds Max and V-Ray. You will collaborate directly with our Dubai design team to deliver premium-quality interior design packages for residential and commercial projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign &amp; Creative<ul><li>Develop mood boards, inspiration boards, and material palettes for client presentations.</li><li>Create concept design proposals aligned with the project brief and Gothique design standards.</li><li>Prepare detailed space planning and interior layout options.</li></ul>3D Visualization &amp; Rendering<ul><li>Model interior spaces using 3Ds Max.</li><li>Produce photorealistic high-quality renders using V-Ray.</li><li>Prepare quick conceptual visuals and refined final renders as needed.</li></ul>Technical Drawings<ul><li>Produce accurate shop drawings, including:</li><li>Detailed plans</li><li>Elevations</li><li>Sections</li><li>Joinery details</li><li>Lighting &amp; electrical plans</li><li>Ensure drawings meet Dubai standards and company guidelines.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Revisions<ul><li>Prepare full design packages for client presentations.</li><li>Revise designs based on team and client feedback.</li><li>Maintain project files in organized, easy-to-navigate formats.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Software<ul><li>3Ds Max (advanced)</li><li>V-Ray (advanced rendering)</li><li>AutoCAD (shop drawings &amp; detailing)</li><li>Adobe Photoshop (post-production)</li><li>Illustrator / InDesign (optional but preferred)</li><li>Strong understanding of materials, lighting, furniture, and space usability</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or Interior Design.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;4 years of experience in interior design or architectural visualization.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing concept design, 3D modeling, and realistic rendering.</li><li>Ability to work remotely while maintaining consistent quality and deadlines.</li></ul>Personal Qualities<ul><li>Creative with excellent attention to detail</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage time and deliver fast, high-quality work</li><li>Positive and collaborative attitude</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From E&pound;15,000.00 per month
