Gourmondo, a growing Seattle-based food company with caf&eacute;s, a beer hall, catering, box lunches, and wholesale programs, is seeking a Marketing Manager. This role is ideal for a creative professional with skills in photography, graphic design, social media management, and digital marketing.Responsibilities <ul><li>Help create signage and marketing collateral across all company divisions (cafe&rsquo;s, catering, box lunches and wholesale).</li><li>Manage social media channels with strong photography/video content and influencer outreach.</li><li>Update and maintain website with fresh images, seasonal promotions, and SEO-focused content.</li><li>Coordinate PR efforts and respond to media inquiries.</li><li>Develop internal newsletters and external client emails (monthly).</li><li>Track marketing performance using analytics tools and adapt strategies for growth.</li><li>Assist in developing and managing the marketing calendar and budget and vendor relationships.</li><li>Support caf&eacute;s and beer hall promotions and events.</li></ul>Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.</li><li>3&ndash;5+ years marketing experience, preferably in food/hospitality.</li><li>Strong skills in photography, graphic design, and Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>Experience managing social media, influencer campaigns, and digital content.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and email marketing tools.</li><li>Ability to balance creative vision with project and budget management.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits Base Salary: $115,000<ul><li>Paid Time Off + 7 Paid Holidays</li><li>Free Employee Lunches</li><li>50% Subsidized ORCA Commuter Pass</li><li>Medical (50% employer-paid), Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance</li><li>401(k) Retirement Plan</li></ul>Why Gourmondo?
