Work schedule: 16 hours/week; between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday</div><div>

Summary of Functions:</b></div><div>
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</div><ul><li><div>
Exposure to the operations and day-to-day tasks of the Governor&rsquo;s Office</div></li><li><div>
Professional development opportunities and relational network building</div></li><li><div>
Connect Coloradans with advocates and resources across the state to ensure a first-class constituent services program, working with the constituent services team in order to make sure that the state is doing everything it can to help its constituents.</div></li><li><div>
Assist with Correspondence (draft proclamations, congratulatory letters, welcome letters, retirement letters, and letters of recognition) and ensure all correspondence follows accessibility standards.</div></li><li><div>
May serve as front desk receptionist (main point of contact for the public to the Governor&rsquo;s Office), answering phones, greeting visitors and assisting constituents.</div></li><li><div>
Provides general administrative support to the Governor&rsquo;s office staff and assists with basic requests such as printer technical support, ordering supplies, etc.</div></li><li><div>
Provides information about the office and organization to constituents and visitors.</div></li><li><div>
Coordinates with the Office of the Governor&rsquo;s Community Engagement team and Constituent Services and Correspondence team.</div></li><li><div>
Understanding of digital accessibility standards and basic document remediation skills.</div></li><li><div>
Assisting various staff members in different offices within the Governor's Office (writing briefs, doing research, etc.).</div></li><li><div>
Special projects and other duties as assigned.</div></li></ul></div><p></p>
