We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Technical Program Manager to join our team. As a core member of the Project Management Office (PMO), you will help deliver essential solutions to the US National Security sector.</div><div></div><div><br>
As a Technical Program Manager, you will work with diverse teams and technologies to help build our flagship product - Ark. You have a strong understanding of the technology stack and can quickly learn and adapt as the stack evolves. You have an acute focus on creating repeatable, optimized, and scalable processes to monitor, track, and report on the status of product development. You excel at seeing the big picture and all moving parts, and can effectively drive the team to meet the goal.</div><div></div><div><br>

This role is a full-time position located out of our Pittsburgh, PA office.</div><div>
This role may require up to 20% travel.
</div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Scope of Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>
Coordinate the software development cycle, including requirements gathering, system design, development, testing, and release</li><li>
Partner with Product Management to ensure technical delivery meets the requirements, including coordinating internal UAT and testing</li><li>
Develop and maintain integrated project plans to track high-level product progress on a sprint basis with clearly defined and quantified project milestones, as well as established deadlines for milestone deliverables</li><li>
Collaborate with the engineering managers on resource allocation, scope management, and inter- and intra-team communication</li><li>
Ensure delivery of a high-value product by collaborating with DevOps and QA to actively track and manage bug metrics, support issue triage, and platform operations</li><li>
Monitor all stages of product development to ensure streamlined communication and documentation exists</li><li>
Support the creation of documentation at every stage of the process for business continuity and disaster recovery, as well as knowledge transfer</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

<div>Required Skills:</div><ul><li>
Minimum of 3 years of project/program management experience within a SaaS business</li><li>
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).Ability to run Agile/SCRUM processes end-to-end</li><li>
Knowledge of web-based application architecture</li><li>
Experience with relational databases and SQL</li><li>
Prior experience with hands-on programming and software implementation</li><li>
Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail</li><li>
Supremely organized with outstanding time management skills</li><li>
High ability to work independently with little supervision in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
A burning desire to tackle hard problems and create sustainable solutions</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
Desired Skills:</div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field</li><li>
Experience as a software developer or data scientist in previous roles</li><li>
Solid grasp of branching/versioning tools like Git</li><li>
Experience in or exposure to the nuances of a startup or other entrepreneurial environment</li><li>
PMP or Scrum certification is highly preferred</li></ul><div>
