Job Title: Project Incharge &ndash; Civil EngineerLocation: Knowledge Park 5, Greater Noida (Project Site) Company: Goyal Brothers Prakashan (GBP) Employment Type: Full-TimeRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Incharge (Civil Engineer) to lead and manage the execution of our Office Building Construction Project located at Knowledge Park 5, Greater Noida. The candidate must have solid experience in building construction, site supervision, billing, and coordination with various project stakeholders.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee and manage daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution.</li><li>Supervise site engineers, contractors, labor teams, and skilled workers.</li><li>Execute structural and finishing works as per approved drawings and specifications.</li><li>Coordinate with architects, consultants (including MEP), vendors, and material suppliers.</li><li>Prepare and review BOQ, quantity estimation, and material procurement plans.</li><li>Check and verify contractor bills, RA bills, and maintain cost control on site.</li><li>Track daily progress, prepare site activity reports, and ensure milestone achievement.</li><li>Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to building codes.</li><li>Identify and resolve on-site execution issues and ensure efficient workflow.</li><li>Plan schedules, site resources, and ensure timely completion as per project timelines.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory).</li><li>Minimum 8&ndash;15 years of work experience in building construction.</li><li>Must have handled office buildings, commercial complexes, institutional, or similar large projects.</li><li>Strong practical knowledge in:</li><li>Site execution &amp; supervision</li><li>Finishing works</li><li>Billing, estimation &amp; BOQ</li><li>Vendor &amp; manpower management</li><li>Ability to read and interpret architectural &amp; structural drawings accurately.</li></ul>Desired Skills<ul><li>Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving ability.</li><li>Good verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office; working knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.</li><li>Ability to work independently with responsibility and accountability.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;70,000.00 - &#8377;150,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

The role involves working closely with management and legal counsel on documentation, compliance, and other legal assignments.
