Position Overview:The Maintenance &amp; Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing the smooth functioning of the company&rsquo;s administrative operations and ensuring that all facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are well-maintained. The role involves managing vendors, coordinating maintenance activities, supervising support staff, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment across all company offices and warehouses.Key Responsibilities:1. Administration Management<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including housekeeping, security, office supplies, and vendor management.</li><li>Develop and implement administrative policies, systems, and processes for efficiency.</li><li>Manage company vehicles, logistics, and transportation-related needs.</li><li>Ensure smooth coordination between departments for administrative support.</li><li>Maintain records of office expenses and budgets related to administration.</li></ul>2. Maintenance Management<ul><li>Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of office premises, equipment, and utilities.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for timely repairs and upkeep of facilities.</li><li>Monitor the performance of maintenance contractors and service providers.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.</li><li>Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and spare parts.</li></ul>3. Vendor &amp; Contract Management<ul><li>Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for facility management, housekeeping, security, and maintenance services.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and ensure service-level agreements are met.</li><li>Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and maintain updated records.</li></ul>4. Safety &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure adherence to statutory compliance related to building codes, fire safety, and other regulatory requirements.</li><li>Implement safety protocols and conduct periodic safety audits and drills.</li><li>Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies as required.</li></ul>5. Team Management<ul><li>Lead, train, and supervise the admin and maintenance team.</li><li>Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure accountability.</li><li>Motivate and develop the team to deliver high-quality services.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills Required:<ul><li>Education: Graduate in any discipline (BBA/MBA preferred).</li><li>Experience: 5&ndash;8 years of experience in administration, facilities, or maintenance management, preferably in a publishing, manufacturing, or warehousing environment.</li><li>Strong organizational and leadership skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.</li><li>Knowledge of vendor management, contracts, and compliance requirements.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and basic facility management tools.</li></ul>Key Competencies:<ul><li>Problem-solving and decision-making skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and time management.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.</li><li>Cost-conscious approach to administrative operations.</li><li>Team player with a proactive and hands-on attitude.</li></ul>Salary Range: As per industry standards and experience.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
