<div> </div><div><b>Role and Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul><li>Work with business development, senior staff, and other marketing team members to design, write, and produce proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral in alignment with brand standards.</li>
<li>Coordinate graphic design to support the delivery of high-quality proposals.</li>
<li>Marketing database input/maintenance activities for projects and resumes.</li>
<li>Write, develop, and perform ongoing maintenance of qualification materials.</li>
<li>Perform multiple marketing efforts within rapid and frequent deadlines.</li>
</ul><div><b>Requirements:</b></div>
<ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience is required.</li>
<li>Prior experience preparing custom proposals is preferred.</li>
<li>Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration is preferred.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Adobe (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams).</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.</li>
<li>Ability to meet schedules, organize complex material, determine appropriate level of effort, understand technical/professional service-related material, and work with minimal supervision.</li>
<li>Ability to coordinate with multiple parties internally/externally and produce/package submittals.</li>
<li>Ability to provide outstanding customer service.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a dynamic environment.</li>
<li>Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.</li>

<div></div><div><b>The ideal candidate is:</b></div>
<ul><li>Interior Designer with 4+ years of experience working in architecture and interior design environment. Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in interior design required; NCIDQ certification preferred.</li>
<li>Experienced in all facets of interior design (programming, visioning, schematic design, documentation, and finishes and furniture specifications).</li>
<li>Familiar with code requirements and construction building methods and materials.</li>
<li>Revit/BIM experience required, rendering and animation capabilities, interest a plus.</li>
<li>Experienced and comfortable working in a team environment with architects, project managers, engineers, and other designers.</li>
<li>Ability to work both independently and as a member of large project team.</li>
<li>Comfortable presenting interior design ideation and solutions to clients as well as supporting our new projects pursuits as part of the presentation team.</li>
<li>Demonstrates a client service attitude with experience in building relationships with key client personnel.</li>
<li>Proficient at coordinating various disciplines of design working with internal team members and consultants. Organized in task management and able to accurately schedule resources as needed to help meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Has a strong understanding of materials, finishes and furniture, including good rapport with key product representatives in the area.</li>
<li>Must possess excellent communication skills, professional writing skills and the ability to multi-task between several projects, phases and priorities at one time. Is focused and diligent in meeting expectations.</li>

<div></div><div><b>Responsibilities will include:</b></div>
<ul><li>Supporting the team with interior design solutions and documentation of many project types. This includes creative strategy, code research, programming, design, construction documents and detailing using Revit, and specifications.</li>
<li>Develops project visualization through materials boards, inspiration imagery, sketches, and renderings.</li>
<li>Assists with construction administration tasks such as addressing RFIs and reviewing shop drawings for interior aspects of the project.</li>
<li>Participates in client meetings with the Lead Designer and/or Project Manager, supports with preparation and follow up as needed.</li>
<li>Researching design solutions and industry best practices.</li>
<li>Meeting with product representatives and maintaining the resource library.</li>
<li>Coordination with all disciplines of design including our in-house engineers, designers, renderers as well as outside consultants as it relates to interior design.</li>
<li>Assist in mentoring staff on technical details for the interior portions of the project.</li>
<li>Helps maintain company standards and contributes to the architectural / interiors detail library.</li>
<li>Collaborates with other designers from our other offices on design solutions.</li>
<li>Promotes GPD Design services, participates in presentations, proposals, and submittals with the business development and marketing team.</li>
<li>Assists as a member of the design team as needed, including but not limited to administrative help, construction administration support beyond interior finishes, and architectural documentation and specifications assistance as needed.</li>
