Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing installations meet safety standards and project specifications, contributing to the successful completion of commercial and residential projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction projects, utilizing your technical skills and mechanical knowledge to deliver high-quality results.Duties<ul><li>Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in new construction and remodeling projects</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts</li><li>Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment to assemble and install plumbing components</li><li>Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify leaks, blockages, or malfunctions; perform necessary repairs promptly</li><li>Collaborate with construction teams such as carpenters, HVAC technicians, and general contractors to coordinate project tasks</li><li>Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely on construction sites while adhering to safety protocols</li><li>Read and apply schematics and technical manuals related to plumbing and mechanical systems for accurate installation</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in construction plumbing with a solid understanding of plumbing codes and safety standards</li><li>Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, pipe threading tools, and schematics reading</li><li>Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems, remodeling projects, and general construction practices</li><li>Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on active construction sites</li><li>Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and blueprint interpretation</li><li>Experience with carpentry or handyman tasks is a plus; familiarity with assembly or remodeling work is desirable</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with commercial driving experience preferred for site access and material transportation</li></ul>Join our team if you&rsquo;re eager to bring your plumbing expertise into a fast-paced construction environment where your skills make a tangible impact!
