Responsibilities:<ul><li>Customer Communications - Respond to all customer requests for service (via email or phone). Handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing appointment updates. Notifying customers of service issues.</li><li>Dispatching &amp; Scheduling - Place customers on the proper service schedule. Schedule drivers. Assist the Operations Manager with communicating with the drivers.</li><li>Logistics &amp; Tracking - Monitor drivers using GPS, track service and progress and managing routes to ensure efficiency.</li><li>Data Management - maintain accurate customer route data.</li><li>Back-up scale operator (weighing inbound and outbound loads when the scale operator is off).</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>One or more years of experience in a similar position. Previous experience in dispatching or logistics preferred.</li><li>Strong customer service and communication skills.</li><li>Strong computer skills</li><li>Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Detailed oriented</li></ul>Georgetown Paper Stock is a leading provider of recycling, waste management and document destruction services. We are a family owned, 4th generation, business that has been in the recycling industry since 1901. We recycle a broad array of materials ranging from papers to plastics to metals and are experienced working with organizations of all sizes and industries.
