 Position Overview
 
 
 We are seeking a
 
 Senior Chiller Technician
 
 to lead the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of large-tonnage air conditioning systems and chillers. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for an experienced HVAC professional who can operate independently, lead job sites, and mentor junior technicians.
 
 
 You will play a key role in maintaining our rental fleet, supporting installations, and driving technical solutions for complex equipment challenges.
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of large-tonnage chillers and HVAC systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as the primary technician on job sites and during service calls
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshoot complex mechanical and refrigeration system issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform system testing, inspections, and preventative maintenance
 </li>
 <li>
 Support rental equipment installations and field operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Source obsolete or hard-to-find parts and recommend system solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in transitioning equipment to remote monitoring systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Mentor and train junior technicians
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate service records and documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company standards
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Senior Level:
 
 5&ndash;7+ years of HVAC/chiller experience
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Entry/Mid-Level (if applicable):
 
 2&ndash;5 years of HVAC experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of chiller systems, refrigeration cycles, and diagnostics
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to work independently and lead in field environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Certifications &amp; Education
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Universal EPA Certification (Required)
 
 </li>
 <li>
 HVAC/Refrigeration degree
 
 required for Senior-level candidates
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Additional certifications are a plus
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Physical &amp; Work Requirements
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working in demanding environments (outdoor, industrial, confined spaces)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to commute to branch location
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Schedule &amp; Travel
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Full-time, first shift role (minimum 40 hours/week)
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be available for overtime, evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed
 </li>
 </ul>

 Gr8ttek is looking for a regular Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. Reporting to the Territory Supervisor the Field Specialist will perform a variety of hardware-focused, break fix services and solutions on various client products. Candidates must possess the ability to perform basic and moderately complex troubleshooting and repair activities. Position may require the exercise of moderately complex analytical skills and to make decisions based on established department and company guidelines.

 Responsibilities and Skills

 Providing customer break fix support for designated equipment
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicating clearly in written and verbal form
 </li>
 <li>
 Possess excellent customer service skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Accepting and delivery of all service calls assigned
 </li>
 <li>
 Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory
 </li>
 <li>
 Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
 </li>
 <li>
 May provide functional guidance to colleagues
 </li>
 </ul>
 Requirements
 <ul>
 <li>
 Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 1-2 years of relevant experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to drive yourself to client locations
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid driver&rsquo;s license
 </li>
 <li>
 Reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance Additional requirements may exist if offer of employment is extended
 </li>
 <li>
 Must own a basic repair tool kit
 </li>
 </ul>
