ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 
<ul>
<li>Perform and document all basic technical and emergency nursing skills within the framework of licensure and as outlined on individual care plans</li>
<li>Document care delivery observations, medications, and treatments promptly and accurately</li>
<li>Provide direct resident care as needed</li>
<li>Request RN assessment/consultation for resident who show a change of condition</li>
<li>Use equipment and supplies in a precise, accurate and calm manner</li>
<li>Assume charge nurse duties when assigned including, but not limited to, adjusting assignment and schedule to best meet needs of residents and appropriate use of personnel</li>
<li>Under direction of the RN, monitor an document health status of all residents who are unstable or requiring intervention</li>
<li>Participate in care planning</li>
<li>Obtain needed intervention and monitor process or order follow through</li>
<li>Replace absent staff when necessary</li>
<li>Has access to confidential information/records and maintain confidentiality</li>
<li>Project a positive image of the organization in dealing with residents/clients, co-workers, and public</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
<li>Transcribe physician orders</li>

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 
<ul>
<li>Perform minor maintenance and repair tasks throughout the facility, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and equipment upkeep.</li>
<li>Assist with room/apartment turnover, drywall repairs, touchups, appliances, painting, general cleaning, and preparation for new residents.</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in common areas, storage rooms, and facility grounds.</li>
<li>Assist in moving furniture, supplies, and equipment as needed.</li>
<li>Provide assistance and backup to transportation department as needed when emergencies arise.</li>
<li>Maintain building grounds, maintenance functions including landscaping projects, bed maintenance, light shrub pruning, and tree care.</li>
<li>Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other team members to maintain a positive, home-like environment for residents.</li>
<li>Follow all safety, infection control, and company policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Routine maintenance and inspections of facility safety equipment along with documents and records.</li>
<li>All other assigned duties by Plant Operations Director.</li>
</ul>
REQUIREMENTS: 
<ul>
<li>Reliable transportation to get to and from all of our facilities</li>
<li>Valid drivers license</li>
</ul>
