We are currently hiring Senior AR Associate with strong expertise in denials and accounts receivable management within the US healthcare domain.Role Overview:As a Senior AR Executive, you will handle end-to-end Accounts Receivable activities, including follow-up, denial resolution, and payment recovery. You&rsquo;ll interact with insurance payers to ensure claims are processed accurately and reimbursements are received on time. This role is ideal for candidates with a solid background in denial managementand payer/provider follow-up.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct insurance follow-ups on unpaid or underpaid claims.</li><li>Analyze denied claims to identify issues and implement corrective measures.</li><li>Handle AR analysis, denial management, and appeals as per payer requirements.</li><li>Ensure accurate claim submission, payment posting, and reconciliation.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date documentation in the billing system for all claim actions.</li><li>Achieve monthly collection and productivity targets.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing and collections processes.</li><li>Stay updated with payer-specific rules, coding updates, and billing guidelines.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 06 - 1 years of experience in US Medical Billing / AR Follow-up / Denial Management.</li><li>Hands-on experience working on denials &mdash; preferred candidates who have worked from payer or provider side.</li><li>Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD, and HCPCS codes, and claim lifecycle.</li><li>Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems (e.g., GeBBS,Infinix,IKS &amp; Medisund &amp;Etc).</li><li>Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and US healthcare regulations.</li><li>Experience managing Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payer accounts.</li><li>Prior exposure to both payer and provider side operations is a plus.</li><li>Leadership qualities to mentor or guide junior AR team members.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.</li><li>Night shift allowance.</li><li>Pick-up and drop facility.</li><li>Career growth and continuous learning opportunities in the healthcare/Medical Billing BPO industry.</li></ul>Note : Candidates must be an resident of Mumbai only.Apply Now !!!Email : Gracecareers02@gmail.comContact : +91 7715882251Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: Up to &#8377;28,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
