Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Overseas Recruitment Counsellor located in Kochi. The Overseas Recruitment Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to Nurses seeking Career opportunities in Germany.Day-to-day tasks include Contacting the prospective candidates who have shown interest, checking their eligibility for employment, collecting relevant documents, scheduling interviews and helping with the visa process.Qualifications<ul><li>Strong Communication and Presentation skills</li><li>Experience in Recruiting and Student counselling for overseas markets</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and consultative skills</li><li>Knowledge of international employment industry will be an added advantage</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team</li><li>Graduation is not essential for the right or experienced candidates</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
