 As a member of our Infrastructure group, you will provide insight and innovative construction solutions to ensure the successful execution of various infrastructure projects, such as: roadways, highways and interchanges; bridges and overpasses; water and wastewater treatment facilities; transmission lines; general/public transportation including airports, seaports and light rail transit lines (LRTs); and conventional and alternative power generation like wind farms and district energy facilities. About the Role: 
The Sr. Project Manager is accountable for providing project management and direction for a project or portfolio of projects with annual revenues up to $50M. The individual is involved in project planning and start-up, project financials, project pre-construction, project execution and close-out, and HSE and Q, and maintains a relentless focus on meeting and exceeding customer needs and expectations. 
As a Sr. Project Manager at Graham, you will: 
<ul><li>
Collaborate with Preconstruction in preparing, revising, and monitoring information regarding reports related to costs involved in developing the project budget</li><li>
Manage the subcontracting process, which includes facilitating initial scope review meetings, finalizing agreed processes, developing subcontract scopes of work, and managing the subcontract distribution and final execution process</li><li>
Direct the process of determining the quantity of budget estimates/deliverables to the client</li><li>
Hire key personnel and subcontractors for the project</li><li>
Manage the project administration and daily operations, escalating issues as necessary</li><li>
Maintain a timespan of control of up to 10 months for the project(s)</li><li>
Manage the project schedule and milestone dates, and ensure that close-out checklists are prepared and maintained during the project lifecycle</li><li>
Maintain relationships and communication tools as needed with suppliers and other key project personnel to verify that materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and personnel are obtained and/or delivered when required</li><li>
Review performance standards and metrics against which the team will be measured</li><li>
Monitor the change management process, which includes identifying change events, submitting change notices, pricing and tracking change work, optional changes in project scope, and negotiating change orders with clients</li><li>
Review contract documents to obtain a clear understanding of deliverables, which will ensure project work will be completed on time and within budget</li><li>
Contribute as appropriate to the pre-award process by determining project scope, planning, and estimating</li><li>
Assist in the input of regular status reports for company executives and project-steering committees, detailing status of the project and recommending actions to be taken</li><li>

Qualifications &amp; Experience:

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or a related field is required</li><li>
Minimum of 5 years of direct experience required. Depending upon the project size, scope, and complexity, the years of experience may vary</li><li>
Solid technical proficiency in project KPIs and the three core areas of Estimating, Field Management, and Project Management</li><li>
Proficiency in estimate preparation, forecasting, pricing, risk/claim management, contract management, profit and loss responsibility, scheduling, and quality</li><li>

About the Role
Reporting to the Site Manager, the Planner will play a key role in developing detailed job plans for complex, high-impact projects during plant turnarounds. Collaborating closely with the Site Team and Scheduling Manager, the Planner will ensure that turnaround schedules are effectively developed, maintained, and optimized. This role requires close coordination with various execution teams to achieve seamless project execution and adherence to timeline.
As a planner at Graham, you will:<ul><li>
Develop Detailed Job Plans: Create thorough job plans that outline specific tasks, required resources, sequencing, and estimated completion times for each work package, ensuring all aspects of the maintenance scope are accounted for.</li><li>
Resource Allocation &amp; Coordination: Determine and coordinate the manpower, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to complete each job safely and efficiently. Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of resources.</li><li>
Safety &amp; Compliance Integration: Integrate safety protocols and compliance requirements into each job plan, incorporating hazard assessments, work permits, and safety equipment needs, and ensuring that plans adhere to industry best practices and facility-specific safety standards.</li><li>
Scheduling &amp; Timeline Management: Develop and manage the turnaround schedule, coordinating with various departments to align maintenance activities with operational requirements. Adjust timelines as needed to account for delays, ensuring that all planned work is completed within the designated outage window.</li><li>
Scope Validation &amp; Work Pack Creation: Validate the scope of work by conducting field walkdowns, reviewing technical documentation, and collaborating with maintenance and operations teams. Compile all relevant information into structured work packs that provide a clear and actionable guide for field crews.</li><li>
Risk Assessment &amp; Mitigation Planning: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with each job and develop contingency plans to address them. Incorporate risk mitigation strategies within job plans to minimize downtime and avoid unplanned shutdowns.</li><li>
Cost Estimation &amp; Budget Tracking: Provide cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment related to planned maintenance activities, assisting with budget preparation. Track and monitor costs throughout the turnaround to stay within budget and identify areas for cost optimization.</li><li>
Continuous Improvement &amp; Lessons Learned: Following the turnaround, gather feedback from stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of job plans and schedules. Document lessons learned and integrate them into future turnaround planning to drive continuous improvement.</li><li>
Lead the planning and documentation process of the interfaces (inputs and outputs) between design, procurement, construction, and permitting.</li><li>
Ensure all GMS process is followed and recommend improvements when recognized.</li><li>
Provide key input to execution plans from a time and resourcing perspective.</li><li>
Interact daily with the Project team.</li><li>
Interact weekly with subtrades and suppliers.</li><li>
Interact and establish positive rapport with the owner scheduling consultant on a regular basis.</li><li>

Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>
Equivalent to completion of a diploma training program at a college or technical school, Journeyman trade certification or equivalent or degree in Engineering or Construction Management.</li><li>
5+ years of Planning / Scheduling experience in the required field (Maintenance and Turnarounds).</li><li>
Experience working on multiple projects from initiation to close out.</li><li>
Direct exposure to the construction industry is required.</li><li>
Strong computer skills including SAP, Excel, and Word</li><li>
Ability to learn project-specific software as required.</li><li>

We are looking for a Pipe Superintendent who is a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in supervising and coordinating work crews. The candidate must understand plans and schedules, ensuring timely and budget-friendly project completion. Proficiency in operating equipment such as dozers, backhoes, track hoes, loaders, compaction equipment, and pipe lasers is required. Experience with waterlines (6&rsquo;&rsquo; to 24&rsquo;&rsquo;), sanitary sewer pipes (6&rsquo;&rsquo; to 36&rsquo;&rsquo;), and storm water pipes is essential. The ability to read blueprints and layouts is necessary. 
As a Pipe Superintendent at Graham, you will:

Understand plans and schedules; coordinate all personnel, and materials to prevent delays; complete projects according to plans and specifications on time and on budget</li><li>
Oversee 2 to 4 crews installing underground utilities (water, sewer, storm systems) and ensure projects are constructed according to approved plans and schedules</li><li>
Experience with site layout, grading/earthwork, punch list completion, and reviewing project plans to ensure construction meets specifications</li><li>

Moltz Construction Inc. is looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator to support new and existing projects in the Denver South Denver area. These projects consist of extensive excavation, concrete, underground piping, and equipment work. The projects are scheduled to last for 2+ years.
