About the RoleWe are looking for a talented and versatile Graphic &amp; Video Designer who can manage all creative deliverables for our brand&mdash;from static designs to engaging video content. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of visual storytelling, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to translate marketing goals into impactful visual communication.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conceptualize and design high-quality creatives for social media, packaging, website banners, and advertisements.</li></ul><ul><li>Create visually compelling motion graphics, video animations, and product promo videos for campaigns.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage the entire creative lifecycle&mdash;from ideation to execution&mdash;ensuring brand consistency across all mediums.</li></ul><ul><li>Design product packaging and visual collaterals that reflect the brand identity and appeal to target audiences.</li></ul><ul><li>Edit and enhance photos and videos using professional software to produce premium-quality content.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams for campaign planning and creative direction.</li></ul><ul><li>Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and digital marketing strategies to enhance creative quality.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of experience in graphic and video design (FMCG or D2C industry experience preferred).</li></ul><ul><li>Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and familiarity with Canva or CorelDRAW.</li></ul><ul><li>Hands-on experience in motion graphics, video editing, and 3D visualization (knowledge of Blender or Cinema 4D is a plus).</li></ul><ul><li>Exceptional attention to detail, creative flair, and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.</li></ul><ul><li>Good communication, organization, and teamwork skills.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Flexible work schedule</li></ul><ul><li>Paid sick leave</li></ul><ul><li>Provident Fund contribution</li></ul>How to Apply:Interested candidates can share their portfolio and resume on hr@kharifoods.inJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
