 Product Designer (UI/UX)
 
 to help shape the next generation of digital banking and financial products. In this role, you will design intuitive, user-centric experiences across mobile and web platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, simplify complex workflows, and contribute to the overall product vision.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead design work across the full product lifecycle &mdash; from user research and discovery to final delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create clear user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished high-fidelity UI designs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to translate requirements into meaningful user experiences.
 </li>
 <li>
 Evolve, maintain, and expand the digital banking design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct usability testing and incorporate user insights into design iterations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that all designs follow accessibility, usability, and digital banking standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support and guide junior designers while contributing to the broader design strategy.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Product Design / UI/UX with a strong, relevant portfolio.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong skills in UX and UI, with exceptional attention to detail and visual clarity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in Figma and modern design &amp; prototyping tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with design systems and applying user-centered design principles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Passionate about building high-quality digital experiences and solving complex product challenges.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in banking, fintech, or other complex product environments is a plus.
 </li>
