What You Will Do</b></p><ul><li>
Deliver engaging, high-quality instruction using innovative teaching methods and current industry technologies</li><li>
Maintain compliance with accreditation standards</li><li>
Model the holistic tenets of the nursing profession and uphold the University&rsquo;s mission and pillars</li><li>
Facilitate meaningful classroom discussions, assess student learning, and prepare students for leadership roles in health care</li><li>
Support program initiatives and demonstrate alignment with the philosophy and direction of the University</li><li>
Provide a positive example by supporting GCU&rsquo;s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
What You Will Bring</b></p><ul><li><b>
A Master&rsquo;s Degree in</b>: Health Care Administration (MHCA) OR Health Administration (MHA) OR Public Administration (MPA) OR Business Administration (MBA) OR Nursing (MSN)</li><li><b>
5+ years of professional experience</b> in health care management, accounting and billing, or administration within hospital, acute care, managed care, ambulatory, physician group, or long-term care settings</li><li>
Strong communication skills and the ability to build supportive relationships with students</li><li>
Proficiency in English, grammar, and APA writing</li><li>
Commitment to modeling GCU&rsquo;s mission and values</li></ul><p></p><p><b>

The clinical compliance coordinator (CCC) is responsible for verification of all state and federal requirements, building strong relationship with our clinical partners, and supporting students in their accelerated nursing program.

What You Will Do:
</b></p><ul><li><p>Maintains databases of faculty and agency clinical compliance requirements.</p></li><li><p>
Ensures students and faculty follow healthcare partners&rsquo; clinical requirements.</p></li><li><p>
Manages student and faculty communication regarding healthcare partners&rsquo; clinical requirements.</p></li><li><p>
May be responsible to submit compliance information to the HCO.</p></li><li><p>
Exam Proctoring as needed onsite</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
What You Will Have:
</b></p><ul><li><p>One-year administrative support, customer or client service experience required</p></li><li><p>
Having an understanding of systems, portals and web based data bases preferred</p></li><li><p>
Experience with projects requiring high attention to detail</p></li><li><p>
Experience in educational or health care setting (preferred)</p></li><li><p>
High school diploma or equivalent required</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
