 Summary
 
 
 
 Responsible for handling guest check transactions, host interactions in a prompt and courteous manner and in accordance with Grand Casino&rsquo;s service and cash handling standards.
 
 
 
 Essential Duties Of The Position
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Responsible for receiving payment from guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for adhering to established cash control policies and procedures of Grand Casino.
 </li>
 <li>
 Answer any guest questions and directs concerns to appropriate management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Address any guest complaints to resolve them quickly and courteously.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for delivering excellent Guest Service in an upbeat, friendly manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Encourages mutual respect, dignity and integrity with all Associates, by setting positive examples at all times.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participates as a team member with Grand Casino associates in producing a smoothly and efficiently run operation that meets the highest standards of guest service.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary dining area at all times in full accordance with state health regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintains stock of all necessary items.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for initial cordial reception to the Guests upon arrival.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for answering telephones.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicates with Guests with general information about the venue.
 </li>
 <li>
 Thanks and offers closing remarks to Guest as they leave the venue.
 </li>
 <li>
 Address any Guest complaints to resolve them quickly and courteously in accordance to department standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assists in maintaining standards of health, safety, and sanitation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to demonstrate ability to read floorplans and seat guests accordingly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Clean and sanitizes tables and dining room upon guest departure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participates as a team member with Cooks, Supervisors and any Associates in producing a smoothly and efficiently run operation that meets the highest standards of Guest Service.
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to execute Deli or outlets to specifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Any and all other duties as assigned.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Previous Cash handling experience.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
