We are looking for a Sales and Customer Service Associate that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.Main Tasks included but are not limited to :<ul><li>Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner</li><li>Provide information about services, schedules, and special offers</li><li>Handle sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems</li><li>Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently</li><li>Promote current promotions, memberships, or loyalty programs</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized environment</li><li>Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations</li></ul>* This Job is Limited to Kuwaiti Nationals only.Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Internship Contract length: 12 monthsPay: KD300.000 per monthEducation:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Preferred)</li></ul>
