Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced MEP Draughtsman to join our growing interior fit-out team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and coordinated MEP drawings (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) for high-end interior fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, local authority regulations, and project timelines.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings for interior fit-out projects.</li><li>Interpret design layouts, architectural drawings, and project specifications to create accurate MEP drawings.</li><li>Coordinate MEP services with architectural and ID layouts, ensuring clash-free integration.</li><li>Work closely with MEP engineers, site teams, and consultants to incorporate required changes and updates in drawings.</li><li>Ensure that all MEP drawings meet local authority requirements (DEWA, DM, DCD, etc.).</li><li>Maintain and update drawing logs, revision records, and document control in line with project requirements.</li><li>Conduct site visits for as-built drawing preparation and support installation teams with detailed drawings when required.</li><li>Support the project team in material take-offs and basic quantity estimations based on drawings.</li><li>Ensure all work complies with UAE regulations and standards.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years UAE experience in a similar role within an interior fit-out company.</li><li>Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Dialux is an advantage.</li><li>Good understanding of MEP systems in fit-out works including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and electrical layouts.</li><li>Familiar with UAE local authority regulations (DEWA, DM, DCD, etc.).</li><li>Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and within a team environment.</li></ul>If interested, please send your CV to careers@gciduae.comJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

This role involves proactive outreach to potential clients, booking discovery meetings and demos, and supporting the sales cycle by ensuring a consistent and high-quality pipeline of opportunities.The BDR will work closely with the leadership team to target fit-out, interior, technical services, project management, architecture firms, and construction prospects within the GCC region, focusing initially on U.A.E. before scaling regionally.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation &amp; Outreach<ul><li>Research and identify potential clients across Interior Fit-out, MEP, Designers, Architects, Construction and Project Management Companies.</li><li>Build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Helper, Apollo, directories, databases, and industry networks.</li><li>Execute outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns daily.</li></ul>Pipeline &amp; Meetings<ul><li>Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).</li><li>Book client meetings, and demos for the Senior BDR or Sales Manager.</li><li>Maintain an organized CRM (Hubspot) with accurate lead status, notes, and follow-ups.</li><li>Achieve daily/weekly/monthly KPIs for outreach (calls, emails, meetings booked).</li></ul>Collaboration &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Work with marketing to align campaigns and messaging.</li><li>Provide feedback from prospects to refine pitch and offerings.</li><li>Submit weekly pipeline reports with key metrics and learnings.</li><li>Attend training sessions to continuously improve objection handling, product knowledge, and market intelligence.</li></ul>Key Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred (Interiors / Construction / IT / Marketing)</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.</li><li>Strong communication skills (verbal &amp; written) in English; Arabic is a plus.</li><li>Confident cold-caller with persistence and resilience.</li><li>Familiar with LinkedIn, CRM tools (HubSpot), Apollo, Sales Navigator, and MS Office/Teams.</li><li>Basic understanding of construction/fit-out/MEP/construction and project management services in UAE preferred.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and manage time effectively.</li><li>Effective communication skills (Ability to compile complex information into short easily understandable points to the client)</li></ul>KPIs &amp; Performance Metrics<ul><li>Outbound Calls/Contacts per Day: 50&ndash;60 (or ~1,000 per quarter).</li><li>Meetings/Demos Booked: 15&ndash;20 per month.</li><li>Pipeline Contribution: AED 250K+ in qualified opportunities per quarter.</li><li>Conversion Ratios: Track from outreach &rarr; meetings booked &rarr; qualified opportunities &rarr; closed deals.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Growth<ul><li>Salary: AED 4,000 &ndash; 5,000 per month.</li><li>Performance Bonus/Commission: Based on meetings booked and opportunities converted to revenue.</li><li>Clear growth path into Senior BDR &rarr; Account Executive &rarr; Sales Manager roles.</li></ul>Why Join Us?Here, you will be part of a new B2B SaaS venture; a growing group at the forefront of project management solutions in the construction, interior fit-out and technical services in the UAE.
