We are seeking a professional, friendly, and well-presented young individual for our Hotel located at new airport road Lahore.As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and phone callers, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression and ensuring smooth customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a polished appearance, and a strong customer-first attitude.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet all visitors and clients warmly and professionally; ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times.</li><li>Answer incoming calls, route them correctly, take messages, and follow up as needed.</li><li>Handle front-desk administrative tasks.</li><li>Provide clear information about the company, visitors&rsquo; procedures, directions, etc.</li><li>Assist with basic clerical tasks: data entry, filing documents, photocopying, scanning, etc.</li><li>Maintain professionalism with appearance, behavior, and communication.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries politely, escalating issues when required.</li><li>Occasionally assist with light surprise tasks / errands as needed (e.g., ordering supplies, basic office maintenance oversight).</li></ul>Fresh can apply but experienced will be preferred Nearest/surrounding areas candidate will be preferred.
