Key Responsibilities1. Academic Support<ul><li>Assist the student in understanding classroom lessons and instructions.</li><li>Modify or simplify learning materials when needed.</li><li>Help with note-taking, reading, writing, or completing assignments.</li><li>Provide one-on-one support during class, exams, and school activities.</li></ul>2. Behavioral &amp; Emotional Support<ul><li>Encourage positive behavior and help the student regulate emotions.</li><li>Redirect attention when the student becomes distracted.</li><li>Implement behavior management strategies recommended by specialists.</li><li>Provide reassurance and emotional support when the student feels overwhelmed.</li></ul>3. Physical Assistance (if required)<ul><li>Support mobility, positioning, or movement around the school.</li><li>Assist with personal care tasks if approved by parents and school management.</li><li>Ensure the student's safety at all times inside the school premises.</li></ul>4. Social Integration<ul><li>Facilitate positive interaction with classmates.</li><li>Encourage participation in group activities and school events.</li><li>Help the student build confidence and social skills.</li></ul>5. Collaboration &amp; Communication<ul><li>Work closely with class teachers, SEN coordinators, and therapists.</li><li>Maintain open communication with parents regarding the student&rsquo;s progress.</li><li>Attend meetings, training, and workshops as required.</li><li>Keep daily records of student performance, challenges, and improvements.</li></ul>6. Promote Independence<ul><li>Gradually reduce support when the student shows capability.</li><li>Encourage the student to attempt tasks independently before providing help.</li></ul>Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
