<div>To conduct continuous surveillance of all areas of the casino via floor surveillance and use of the CCTV system as directed by Surveillance Shift Managers or the Director in compliance with IRGC, departmental and company regulations.<br>

Essential Functions:</b></h3><ul><li>
Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.</li><li>
Supports other Managers/Directors, and Executives with assistance and information relating to the protection of assets in their respective departments, as well as fellow Operators in the performance of their duties.</li><li>
To continuously monitor CCTV, closely scrutinizing all activities within camera range to ensure the protection of company assets.</li><li>
Accurately and quickly perform duties as assigned.</li><li>
Complete necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.</li><li>
Must maintain skills through review and self-study.</li><li>
Complete any other task that may be assigned by Surveillance Shift Managers or the Director to the best of their ability.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Required:</b></h3><ul><li>
Must be able to obtain all required certifications IRGC license (provided by Grand Falls).</li></ul></div>

Surveillance Operator

<div>The Cocktail Server serves alcoholic &amp; non-alcoholic beverages to guests in the gaming and non-gaming areas of the Casino.<br>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Essential Functions:</b></h3><ul><li>
Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
</li><li>Must be able to stand for seven (7) consecutive hours.
</li><li>Must be able to carry a full tray of drinks at up to 25lb. per tray.
</li><li>Must have extensive beverage service knowledge.
</li><li>Must be friendly, helpful and courteous when dealing with Casino guests due to highly visible position.</li><li>
Reports to shift supervisor in complete uniform.
</li><li>Follows all service procedures described in the beverage manual.
</li><li>Acknowledge guest with special privileges (ie.complimentary drinks).
</li><li>Perform related tasks determined necessary by management.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Required:</b></h3><ul><li>
Must be 18 years of age.</li><li>
Alcohol Awareness certified through TIPS arranged by Grand Falls.</li><li>
Pre-employment drug test required. Arranged by Grand Falls upon offer of employment.</li></ul></div>

Patrols property (casino, hotel, parking lot and golf course) and ensures the safety of employees and guests. Responds to emergencies as needed Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Ability to obtain the Iowa Racing Gaming Commission license, to be arranged by employer. Conducts money transfers Conducts table fills/credits Performs drops as assigned Performs all posts as assigned Must have a clean driving record Writes incidents reports as assigned Works assigned shifts May be required to work overtime Flexibility is required<br>
