THE ROLE</b></p><p>
As a <b>Junior Accountant</b>, you will play an important role in supporting the hotel&rsquo;s financial operations and ensuring accuracy in day‑to‑day accounting activities.</p><p>
You will represent the Finance function with professionalism, attention to detail, and care&mdash;ensuring all financial processes are handled efficiently and in line with Hyatt&rsquo;s standards. Your role will focus on assisting with financial reporting, maintaining records, and collaborating with internal teams to support smooth and accurate accounting operations.</p><p><b>

Qualifications</p><div><p>
Who You Are:</p><p>
Ideally with a degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field</p><p>
1&ndash;3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in hospitality</p><p>
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes</p><p>
Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail</p><p>
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems (e.g., Opera, Oracle, or similar)</p><p>
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines</p><p>
Strong interpersonal and communication skills</p><p>

Your role will focus on reviewing all revenue streams, detecting discrepancies, and working closely with operational teams to maintain transparency and accuracy in financial operations.</p><p><b>

Proven experience in Income Audit, Audit, or Finance role, preferably within hospitality</p><p>
Strong understanding of revenue audit processes, financial controls, and accounting principles</p><p>
Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies with high accuracy</p><p>
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills</p><p>
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems (e.g., Opera, Oracle, or similar)</p><p>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills</p><p>
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams</p><p>
