Main Duties and responsibilities:<br>
Operational:<br>
<ul><li>To welcome and receive guests by greeting them as per the standards.</li><li>To ensure proficient and professional food &amp; beverage service to the guests by meeting and also exceeding their expectations.</li><li>Deliver unprecedented personalization. Offer discreet recognition. Connect with guests&rsquo; passions and create memorable experiences.</li><li>Maintain high visibility &lsquo;on the floor&rsquo; and provide assistance to our guests in a pro-active way</li><li>Liaise and communicate effectively with all departments to ensure seamless transfer of information takes place</li><li>To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend food &amp; beverage combinations and upsell alternatives.</li><li>To handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.</li><li>To handle cashiering duties, ensure that restaurant cashiering procedures are strictly adhered to and that the Point of Sale system is updated and operated correctly.</li><li>To ensure that the local occupational safety and health requirements, as well as the company safety and security policies are being adhered to</li><li>To ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times</li><li>To perform opening and closing procedures established by the restaurant.</li><li>To flag and highlight VIP&rsquo;s guests among the venues based on the reservation</li></ul>
Customer Service<br>
<ul><li>To ensure that all deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.</li><li>To ensure that all associates are familiar with World of Hyatt program and have attended respective training.</li><li>To build and deliver brand-led experiences that will contribute to exceeding hotel NPS and customer services scores.</li><li>To ensure associates are making full use of the Guest Experience Management program (GEM).</li></ul>

Operational<br>
1. To answer the telephone promptly and clearly, ensuring a courteous and professional tone at all times.<br>
2. To be flexible in order to perform all job responsibilities pertaining to reservations.<br>
3. To be knowledgeable with all services and products offered by the hotels.<br>
4. To learn and use the following systems efficiently: Reserve, Opera and Microsoft Outlook.<br>
5. To confirm reservations for any Hyatt Hotels around the world.<br>
6. To handle and follow proper procedure for all visa&rsquo;s requests.<br>
7. To handle assigned group booking requests.<br>
8. To handle email and written correspondence.<br>
9. To make reservations received from external online travel agents.<br>
10. To use and adhere to policies and procedures for handling calls while selling the properties.<br>
11. To ensure proper follow up is done with all guest inquires in a courteous and efficient manner.<br>
12. To report all guest complaints to supervisor if not immediate solution can be found.<br>
13. To ensure the place of work and surroundings area is kept clean and organized at all times.<br>
Finance<br>
1. Use the up-sell approach on every call.<br>
2. Adhere to the standard pricing guidelines.<br>
General<br>
1. To understand and strictly adhere to the Rules &amp; Regulations established in the Employee handbook.<br>

CLUSTER RESERVATIONS AGENT

Main Duties and responsibilities:<br>
Tasks:<br>
<ul><li>To fully understand the principles of Refrigeration &amp; Air Conditioning and apply them in practice.</li><li>To regularly inspect air conditioning compressor units and effect maintenance and repairs as necessary.</li><li>To maintain charging equipment, refrigeration test equipment and A/C tools in good condition.</li><li>To ensure cleanliness of work areas and protection of the surrounding area when executing jobs.</li><li>To understand control principles of all A/C systems and regularly test, repair and calibrate.</li><li>To verify building area temperatures and adjust as necessary and record on the plant log sheet.</li><li>To complete major and minor services on A/C, Refrigeration equipment as assigned and return the completed job sheets to the Engineering Office.</li><li>To learn and carry out fire brigade duties when assigned.</li><li>To complete the personal daily job record, time book accurately and keep ready for inspection.</li><li>To fully comprehend the building automation system operation, alarm and functionality.</li><li>To trouble shoot &amp; repair A/C systems when necessary.</li><li>To participate in new equipment installation projects.</li><li>To cross train in the fields of plumbing and plant mechanics.</li><li>To response immediately to guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.</li></ul>
