Grand Hyatt Kuwait is looking for an Assistant Manager - Food Safety &amp; Quality</p><p></p><p><br>
An idea candidates will be responsible to ensure the safety &amp; Quality Standards for Food and Beverage Division (Culinary &amp; Services) as well as Room Division for the Hotel and Residencies.</p><p>
 Support the implementation and maintenance of the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) in line with standards such as HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, or BRCGS.</p><p>
 Conduct hazard analysis, risk assessments, and verification of control measures.</p><p>
 Monitor and audit Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Good Hygiene Practices (GHPs), and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs).</p><p>
 Coordinate and lead internal food safety audits and prepare for external certification and regulatory inspections.</p><p>
 Investigate and document food safety incidents, non-conformities, and deviations, ensuring timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).</p></div></div><p></p><div><p><br>
Qualifications</p><p></p><div><p><br>
Potential candidate will ideally have:</p><ul><li>
A relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Quality or Safety field.</li><li>
Minimum 1 to 2 years work experience as Supervisor or Assistant Manager - Food Safety &amp; Quality in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.</li></ul></div></div></div><p></p>

ASSISTANT MANAGER- FOOD SAFETY & QUALITY

The hotel florist is responsible for creating and maintaining high&#8209;quality floral arrangements throughout the property.
</p><p>The role requires anticipating VIP and special&#8209;guest needs in collaboration with housekeeping, ordering and properly storing flowers and supplies, and keeping the flower work area clean.
</p><p>The florist ensures that decor aligns with the hotel&rsquo;s standards by recommending designs to the Florist Manager and stepping in to handle ordering in their absence.
</p><p>Beyond floral duties, the position entails adherence to hotel policies on fire safety, hygiene and health; punctuality and professional appearance; and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues across departments. Participation in staff meetings and trainings, supporting departmental trainers, and adapting to changes or additional tasks as assigned are also essential.</p></div></div><div><p>
Qualifications</p><div><ul>
<li><b>Floral expertise:</b> Proven experience in floral design, including arranging, handling and storing flowers. Ability to recommend decor themes and maintain the cleanliness of the workspace.</li>
<li><b>Guest focus and anticipation:</b> Strong customer&#8209;service orientation with the ability to anticipate needs of VIP and club guests.</li>
<li><b>Operational skills:</b> Familiarity with ordering and inventory management of flowers and supplies; ability to maintain consistent quality and adapt arrangements to various settings.</li>
<li><b>Professionalism and hygiene:</b> Consistently punctual and neatly presented, adhering to uniform standards and personal hygiene guidelines.</li>
<li><b>Teamwork and communication:</b> Effective collaboration with housekeeping and other departments; strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and work cross&#8209;functionally.</li>
<li><b>Initiative and resourcefulness:</b> Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems quickly and creatively, adapt to changes, and produce results with minimal supervision.</li>
