This role provides vital support to the team and offers opportunities to gain knowledge of the travel industry.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide general administrative and clerical support (filing, photocopying, scanning, data entry).</li><li>Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional manner.</li><li>Assist travel consultants with booking confirmations, itinerary preparation, and document distribution.</li><li>Maintain and update client records, databases, and filing systems.</li><li>Support the coordination of travel documents such as visas, insurance, and tickets.</li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.</li><li>Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring smooth office operations.</li><li>Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and receipts.</li><li>Greet visitors and provide basic information about services.</li><li>Perform other administrative duties as assigned by supervisors.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; SkillsNative Arabic LanguageFluent English language<ul><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Good verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment.</li><li>Interest in the travel industry is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic (Required)</li><li>English (Required)</li></ul>
