The Supply Chain Technician is responsible for receiving, keying, and promptly distributing all supplies within the facility, as well as reviewing and maintaining all Min/Max levels for storeroom safety stock as well as all other stocking locations. The Supply Chain Technician is also responsible for conducting physical inventories of all POU areas according to the defined schedule.
What you will do in this role:
<ul><li>Deliver supplies in an accurate and timely manner</li><li>
Is authorized to transport and deliver legend drugs, non-prescription drugs, contrast media and drug-containing devices relative to core competencies of the position</li><li>
Place safety stock in proper location</li><li>
Receive expedited deliveries, accurately key receiving into the SMART system, and deliver to appropriate department(s)</li><li>
Receive all cross-docked items into the SMART system as appropriate</li><li>
Review Min/Max for storeroom safety stock daily and place orders appropriately</li><li>
Count par level areas (POU areas) weekly according to schedule</li><li>
Ensure POU items have the appropriate barcodes</li><li>
Perform QA random checks on totes per approved policy</li><li>
Rotate stock in POU areas and backup storeroom areas to ensure no items are out of date</li><li>
Check after-hour logs for charges and determine how to avoid reoccurrence</li><li>
React appropriately to POU &ldquo;critical point&rdquo; messages and stock outs</li><li>
Process all &ldquo;returns to vendor&rdquo; or &ldquo;returns to backup stock&rdquo; appropriately</li><li>
Provide assistance to the POU Station personnel as well as provide assistance with problems, questions and concerns at the nurses stations</li></ul>

Leading Heart Program in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is seeking a skilled CT-APP with EVH experience to join in assisting their 3 employed cardiothoracic surgeons at Grand Strand Medical Center. 
 
Qualified Candidates/Details:<ul><li>
Graduated from an accredited physician assistant or nurse practitioner program</li><li>
Have a South Carolina license or the ability to get a South Carolina license prior to starting</li><li>
2 or more years&rsquo; experience with all routine heart surgery procedures and thoracic procedures</li><li>
Possess understanding of clinic follow ups and post op outpatient care</li><li>
Exposure to minimally invasive procedures a plus</li><li>
Experience in EVH and 1st assist in surgery required</li><li>

Grand Strand is an ACGME accredited residency programs with six residences (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, General Surgery, Anesthesia, Emergency Medicine, and a Transitional Program) and two fellowships (Hospice and Palliative Medicine and Endocrinology) 
 
North Strand ER is a 24&ndash;hour emergency department located in the North Myrtle Beach area. 
 
Carolina Forest ER is a 24-hour emergency department located on Oakheart Road near the Hwy 501 side of Carolina Forest Blvd. 
 
South Strand Medical Center features a 24&ndash;hour emergency department, imaging, lab, wound care program and behavioral health. 
 
The Advanced Wound Center is an outpatient facility for the treatment of chronic non-healing wounds and hyperbaric technology. 
 
The Breast Center provides outpatient diagnostic services including X-ray, CT scan and ultrasound. A dedicated women's center provides digital mammography (including 3D), breast education, bone densitometry, ultrasound and x-ray services. 
 
Carolina Forest Imaging Center offers outpatient procedures including CT scan, MRI/Breast MRI and digital mammography (screening).

The Murrells Inlet Freestanding ER Registered Nurse (RN) coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department, and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. In collaboration with medical providers and other members of the care team, the Freestanding ER RN provides individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as &ldquo;Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.&rdquo; The Freestanding ER RN serves as an advocate for patients/families/caregivers and models a commitment to the organization&rsquo;s vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.
<ul><li>Assesses patient pain regularly to promote effective pain management, including reassessments after appropriate intervention.</li><li>
Performs procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s). Documents the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.</li><li>
Performs exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests. Strives to anticipate patient needs and resolve them proactively.</li><li>
Teaches patients/families/caregivers about patient medical condition, patient status, treatment plan, medications and possible side effects, and follow-up measures. Translates complex medical terminology to ensure complete understanding.</li><li>
Teaches patients/families/caregivers about any non-medicinal follow-up measures, such as healthy diet and exercise, disease prevention, and/or other lifestyle changes. Prepares patients and families/caregivers for future self-management.</li></ul><h6 class="jobSectionHeader">
What qualifications you will need:</h6>

Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date</li><li>
Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date</li><li>
