Job Summary and Qualifications</h5>
As a PACU Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in the immediate post-operative care of surgical patients. Your responsibilities will include managing airway support, closely monitoring neurological and cardiac status, and responding promptly to any complications or side effects. You will provide initial wound care to the patients&rsquo; surgical site and ensure patient stability during recovery. You will collaborate with the surgical and anesthesia team. This role includes on-call availability during select non-business hours which will be discussed in the interview.

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while managing evidence-based practices and continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>
Be an integral member of a dynamic interdisciplinary team &ndash; consisting of the provider(s), therapy, and more.</li><li>
Consistently apply the nursing process, critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, technical skills and leadership to independently deliver safe nursing care to patients
</li><li>Assess patient condition, monitor throughout your shift, and document changes in patient condition along with the care provided thoroughly</li><li>

What you will do in this role:<ul><li>
You will be responsible for coordinating the plan of care for the patient stay, managing the length of stay, ensuring appropriate resource management, while developing a safe appropriate discharge plan.</li><li>
You will facilitate the progression and transition of care and identify patients who are at risk for adverse outcomes during the transition from one level of care/setting to another.</li><li>
You will perform a comprehensive assessment of psychosocial, medical and discharge needs of patients/family, along with an assessment of resources appropriate and available to them. You will reassess the patient&rsquo;s clinical condition as indicated.</li><li>
You will be responsible for ensuring the post-acute medical needs and level of care are appropriate, in partnership with Social Services.</li><li>
You will evaluate progression of care using evidence-based tools and approved criteria (InterQual) throughout the episode of care; escalating progression and transition of care issues.</li><li>
You will make appropriate referrals to third-party payer, disease and case management programs for recurring patients and patients with chronic disease states.</li><li>
You will act as a liaison through effective and professional communications between and with physicians, patient / family, hospital staff, and outside agencies. You will serve as an advocate for patient's rights, needs and values.</li></ul>
What qualifications you will need:<ul><li>
Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Nursing: Associate&rsquo;s Degree in Nursing or higher is required. BSN is highly preferred.</li><li>
Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state which you practice and/or hold an active Compact/Multi-State RN license.</li><li>
1-3 years of clinical, hospital nursing experience is required.</li><li>

Job Summary and Qualifications</h5>
Performs necessary clerical duties by computing and maintaining records for a nursing unit. Overall management of the nursing station including answering telephones, answering patient call lights, ordering supplies and obtaining supplies and other duties as needed. The monitor technician observes EKG monitors and reports any abnormalities or unusual rhythms to the charge nurse immediately. Also accepts additional tasks assigned.<h6 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
What qualifications you will need:</h6><ul><li>
Licensure: National certification preferred.</li><li>
Education: High School Graduate preferred.</li><li>
Telemetry monitoring experience required</li><li>
Must complete a supervised orientation and competency test with passing score of 90% at end of orientation and annually thereafter.</li></ul>

Job Summary and Qualifications</h5>
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with the requirements of the department and the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. Collaborating with medical providers and the care team, you will provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, following established nursing models such as &quot;Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.&quot; You will also act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.
What you will do in this role:<ul><li>
Assess the patient's condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.</li><li>
Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s), and ensure thorough and timely documentation of care administration in the patient's medical record. - Administer prescribed medications, monitor the patient for therapeutic response, and take appropriate action in the event of an unintended response to the medication.</li><li>
Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipating patient needs, and resolving them.</li><li>
Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the patient's medical condition, treatment plan, medications, possible side effects, and follow-up measures, ensuring complete understanding by translating complex medical terminology.</li></ul><h6 class="jobSectionHeader">
What qualifications you will need:</h6><ul><li><ul><li>
Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma</li><li>
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred</li><li>
