 2+ years of experience
 
 supporting C-level executives, strong organizational and communication skills, high discretion, and the ability to
 
 
 operate independently while coordinating across teams and stakeholders.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Manage the CEO&rsquo;s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and communications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a gatekeeper, handling priorities and confidential information with discretion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, executive reports, presentations, and board materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Coordinate communication with internal teams, board members, partners, and external stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the CEO with special projects, strategic initiatives, and executive-level events.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track deadlines, action items, and key deliverables across departments.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration or related field from AUC, BUE, GUC
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (e.g., Notion, Slack).
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Excellent communication skills in English; high professionalism and confidentiality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexibility to travel.
 </li>
