Job Summary: Seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Captain Waitress to supervise restaurant service staff. This role focuses on team leadership, organized operations, and excellent guest experiences in food and beverage service.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and manage table seating</li><li>Oversee, support, and coordinate waitstaff for efficient service</li><li>Take precise food and beverage orders; relay to kitchen/bar</li><li>Ensure accurate, high-standard serving and presentation</li><li>Address guest requests or complaints professionally</li><li>Monitor guest satisfaction and follow up as needed</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and proper table setups</li><li>Train new waitstaff and foster teamwork</li><li>Communicate with kitchen and management for smooth operations</li><li>Handle billing and process payments accurately</li><li>Perform shift closing, stock checks, and related duties</li><li>Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and company policies</li><li>Attend staff meetings and participate in training</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage preferred</li><li>Solid knowledge of F&amp;B menus and service protocols</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills</li><li>Able to work under pressure in a busy environment</li><li>Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills</li><li>Flexible availability for evening and weekend shifts</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have Valid Qatar ID?</li><li>Can you get NOC for Sponsorship Transfer?</li><li>If selected can you start immediately?</li></ul>
