Job Title: F&amp;B Service SupervisorHotel: Plaza Inn &ndash; 4 Star Hotel Department: Food &amp; Beverage Service Reports To: HODRole OverviewThe F&amp;B Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day service operations across food and beverage outlets, ensuring service excellence, staff efficiency, and guest satisfaction in line with Plaza Inn&rsquo;s standards.Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities Service Operations<ul><li>Supervise daily restaurant, banquet, and outlet service operations.</li><li>Ensure service delivery meets hotel quality standards and guest expectations.</li><li>Monitor table setup, service flow, and cleanliness throughout service hours.</li><li>Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related concerns promptly and professionally.</li></ul>Team Leadership<ul><li>Lead, motivate, and support service staff during shifts.</li><li>Allocate duties and ensure adequate staffing based on business levels.</li><li>Guide staff on service etiquette, grooming standards, and operational procedures.</li><li>Assist in training new team members and conducting on-the-job coaching.</li></ul>Coordination &amp; Communication<ul><li>Liaise closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service.</li><li>Communicate daily briefings, special promotions, and service instructions to the team.</li><li>Ensure accurate relay of guest requests and special requirements.</li></ul>Quality, Hygiene &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.</li><li>Monitor cleanliness of service areas, equipment, and staff appearance.</li><li>Follow hotel SOPs and assist in implementing service improvements.</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Cost Awareness<ul><li>Assist in monitoring usage of operating supplies and minimize wastage.</li><li>Support outlet inventory checks and stock control as required.</li><li>Ensure proper handling of service equipment and materials.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Diploma or certificate in Hospitality or related field preferred.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of experience in F&amp;B service within a hotel or similar environment.</li><li>Previous supervisory experience in a 4-star or equivalent hotel is an advantage.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Excellent customer service orientation.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage busy service periods.</li><li>Good communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.</li></ul>Working Conditions<ul><li>Shift-based role including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.</li><li>Active role requiring standing and moving for extended periods.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have valid QID?</li><li>Can you provide NOC for sponsorship transfer? </li><li>Can you join immediately? </li></ul>Work Location: In person

F&B Service Supervisor (Female)

Job PurposeThe Demi Chef de Partie assists the Chef de Partie in managing a specific kitchen section. The role focuses on food preparation, maintaining quality standards, hygiene compliance, and supporting smooth kitchen operations.Key ResponsibilitiesFood Preparation &amp; Production<ul><li>Assist the Chef de Partie in daily food preparation and cooking for the assigned section.</li><li>Ensure dishes are prepared according to hotel standards, recipes, and presentation guidelines.</li><li>Prepare mise en place efficiently and on time.</li><li>Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and quality.</li></ul>Kitchen Operations<ul><li>Support the smooth running of the kitchen during service hours.</li><li>Follow instructions from the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef.</li><li>Assist in coordinating with other kitchen sections when required.</li><li>Help in controlling food wastage and portion control.</li></ul>Hygiene, Health &amp; Safety<ul><li>Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene as per HACCP and hotel policies.</li><li>Ensure proper storage of food items and correct labeling.</li><li>Follow all food safety, health, and safety regulations.</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Cost Control<ul><li>Assist in checking stock levels and reporting shortages.</li><li>Ensure proper use of ingredients to minimize waste.</li><li>Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.</li></ul>Teamwork &amp; Training<ul><li>Support Commis Chefs and kitchen helpers when required.</li><li>Promote teamwork and maintain good communication within the kitchen.</li><li>Be willing to learn and develop culinary skills.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts (preferred).</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of experience in a hotel or professional kitchen.</li><li>Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and cooking techniques.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and quality.</li><li>Willingness to learn and take instructions.</li><li>Flexible with working hours, including shifts and weekends.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have a Valid Qatar Id?</li><li>Can you get NOC for Sponsorship Transfer?</li><li>If Selected How soon you can join us?</li><li>Are you a Male of Female?</li></ul>
