Responsibilities<ul><li>
Assist licensed nurses with the delivery of high-quality patient care, including vital sign checks, wound care, and medication administration</li><li>
Perform various medical procedures, such as phlebotomy, ECGs, and blood glucose monitoring</li><li>
Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure</li><li>
Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans</li><li>
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination</li><li>
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records</li><li>
Other duties as assigned</li></ul>
Requirements<ul><li>
0 years of experience as a Med Tech (or equivalent role)</li><li>
Current certification as a Medical Technician (or equivalent)</li><li>
Strong understanding of medical procedures and protocols</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods</li></ul>
