Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a pleasant and comfortable experience. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.Duties<ul><li>Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.</li><li>Ensure all bathrooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies.</li><li>Change bed linens and towels according to hotel standards.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.</li><li>Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.</li><li>Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest satisfaction.</li><li>Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens are clean and well-maintained.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in cleaning and floor care techniques.</li><li>Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.</li><li>Familiarity with janitorial practices and industrial cleaning equipment is a plus.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.</li><li>Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>Good communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.</li><li>Experience in housekeeping management is advantageous for those seeking growth opportunities within the role.
