The Role: Proposal Manager</b></div><div>
Every great build starts with a compelling story&mdash;and you&rsquo;ll be the one to tell it. As Proposal Manager, you will lead Granger&rsquo;s proposal development efforts for strategic pursuits across multiple markets. You will shape the narrative that connects our values to our clients&rsquo; visions, guiding teams through the entire proposal journey&mdash;from identifying opportunities and crafting strategy to final submission and post-proposal reflection.</div><div></div><div><br>
This role blends storytelling, strategy, and collaboration. You will work closely with project executives, estimators, and subject matter experts to create proposals that do not just meet requirements&mdash;they inspire confidence and win work.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
We Could Count on You With:</b></div><ul><li>Leading proposal strategy and development for high-value pursuits, ensuring alignment with Granger&rsquo;s brand and client expectations.</li><li>Managing proposal schedules, resources and deliverables across departments and teams.</li><li>Supervising and mentoring designers and junior communications staff.</li><li>Facilitating kick-off meetings, content planning sessions and post-submission reviews.</li><li>Collaborating with project executives, estimators, and subject matter experts to develop compelling, customized content.</li><li>Ensuring proposals meet all RFP/RFQ requirements and are submitted on time.</li><li>Maintaining and evolving proposal templates, boilerplate content, and graphics libraries.</li><li>Analyzing win/loss data and implementing continuous improvements in proposal strategy and execution.</li><li>Supporting interview preparation and presentation development for shortlisted teams.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
The Experience That Lead You Here:</b></div><ul><li>Minimum of 7 years of experience in the AEC industry, with a focus on proposal management or marketing.</li><li>Proven supervisory experience, including mentoring and team development.</li><li>Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills.</li><li>Strong project management and organizational abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Unanet CRM.</li><li>Experience leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and enhance proposal management processes.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li><li>Strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
