POSITION SUMMARY</b></h1><div>
This is a high-trust, high-impact role supporting a CEO who operates across four distinct companies: Lasso LLC (consulting/holding company), Granite Gold, Inc., Granite Gold Services, Inc., and Swag Pacific LLC. The Personal &amp; Executive Assistant will serve as the CEO's primary point of operational support &mdash; managing priorities, communications, schedules, and projects across all entities while handling personal matters with equal professionalism and discretion.<br>

This individual will work independently and proactively, anticipate needs before they arise, and act as a trusted extension of the CEO across all organizations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment, brings exceptional judgment and organizational skills, and takes genuine ownership of every task assigned.<br>

DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES</b></h1><div><br>
<b>
Executive &amp; Administrative Support</b></div><div><br>
<ul><li>Manage a dynamic, multi-company calendar and scheduling system, ensuring the CEO is prepared for all commitments across all entities with appropriate briefing materials.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>
Prioritize and triage all incoming communications, issues, and requests directed to the CEO; determine appropriate course of action and respond or redirect as needed.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>
Draft, proofread, and send correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including acknowledgment letters, proposals, follow-up emails, and other business communications.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>
Compile and prepare documents, presentations, reports, and materials for meetings across all four companies.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>
Act as a communication bridge between the CEO and internal teams, departments, and external partners &mdash; maintaining positive, professional relationships at all levels.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>
Track critical deadlines, deliverables, and action items across multiple companies, proactively flagging upcoming commitments and potential conflicts.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>
Maintain comprehensive, confidential filing systems (digital and physical) for each company entity.</li></ul></div><div><b><br>
Travel &amp; Logistics</b></div><div><br>
<ul><li>Arrange complex domestic and international travel including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries for business and personal travel.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>
Prepare comprehensive travel packages with agendas, confirmations, meeting details, and contingency plans.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>
Manage expense reporting and reimbursements related to travel and business activities.</li></ul></div><div><b><br>
Project &amp; Operations Support</b></div><div><br>
<ul><li>Lead and execute special projects from conception to completion with minimal oversight &mdash; taking full ownership and delivering results.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>
Research and analyze new opportunities, vendors, tools, or initiatives as directed; present findings with actionable recommendations.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>
Coordinate across companies on shared resources, vendors, or initiatives, ensuring smooth information flow.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>
Support planning and execution of company events, off-sites, client meetings, and special functions.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>
Assist with basic operational tasks and administrative workflows across Granite Gold, Swag Pacific, and other entities as needed.</li></ul></div><div><b><br>
Personal Support</b></div><div><br>
<ul><li>Run personal and business errands for the CEO as needed, including shopping, deliveries, reservations, and vendor coordination.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>
Assist with personal scheduling, appointments, household-related coordination, and family commitments.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>
Handle sensitive personal matters with absolute discretion and professionalism.</li></ul></div><div><br>

QUALIFICATIONS</b></h1><div><br>

Required</b></div><div><br>
<ul><li>5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>
Demonstrated experience supporting multiple business entities or executives simultaneously.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>
Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage many open items simultaneously.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>
Strong judgment and discretion &mdash; ability to handle confidential information with complete integrity across multiple companies.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>
Proactive problem-solver with strong independent decision-making capability.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>
Highly resourceful and self-directed; equally effective working alone or collaboratively.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>

Preferred</b></div><div><br>
<ul><li>Experience supporting a CEO or owner across multiple business entities or holding companies.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Notion, or similar).</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>
Background in consumer products, professional services, or consulting environments.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>
Experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, or procurement activities.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><br>
Comfort with both professional and personal assistance duties without drawing artificial lines between them.</li></ul></div><div><br>
