The <b>HR Director position</b> is an integral part of the leadership team reporting directly to the CEO. The position leads the delivery of workforce strategies and drives the effective implementation of key HR programs, policies, and practices. The HR Director works in close contact with other business leaders as a business partner to drive recruitment, employee relations, coaching, performance management, employee engagement, as well as all other functional HR areas. Qualifications:

The HR Director position requires:</div><div></div><div><b><i><br>
Education</i></b>: Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field required.</div><div></div><div><b><i><br>
Experience</i></b>: A minimum of five years&rsquo; experience in human resources, three years&rsquo; HR management experience, and two years&rsquo; of healthcare preferred. This position requires a willingness to roll up your sleeves to ensure the day-to-day HR operations of the department are fully compliant and sound while also having the proven ability to function at a strategic level. The ideal candidate would be agile in moving from tactical to strategic at any given time.</div><div></div><div><b><i><br>
Certification</i></b>: Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR), Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.</div><div></div><div><br>

Experience:</i></b> A minimum of five (5) years&rsquo; experience in Human Resources. A minimum of two years&rsquo; experience working in Human Resources within a healthcare setting highly preferred. Must have previous Supervisory or Director-Level experience.</p><p><b><i>
Additional Requirements:</i></b> Prefer candidates with good understanding of HR related Joint Commission Standards and be familiar with the Joint Commission Survey process. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must have experience working with advanced applicant tracking systems (ATS). Good general computer knowledge, in Word and Excel, and ability to prepare HR reports.</p><div></div><div><br>
