<div>General Summary of Position:

Assist in coordination of multiple projects, including ordering, dispatch, and deliverables collection. Provide day to day help to PM to gather status of multi day projects or multi-site projects. Job will involve working in several computer system including Microsoft Office software as well as proprietary software. Other responsibilities as necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Create and update trackers to show progress of project</li>
<li>Work with other departments to ensure projects pieces are completed on schedule.</li>
<li>Work with project manager to keep projects on schedule</li>
<li>Opening and reporting on provisioning tickets</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>2 years customer service on the job experience OR 2 years' experience managing/coordinating telecommunications infrastructure projects preferred</li>
<li>Microsoft Office Proficient &ndash; Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project</li>
<li>Familiar with Adobe Acrobat</li>
<li>M-F availability with afterhours possible depending on project</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>4 year college degree/Military experience</li>
<li>CAPM preferred, but previous job experience will be taken into account</li>
<li>VoIP experience</li>
<li>SDWAN experience</li>
<li>WIFI experience</li>
<li>Ethernet and cable Experience</li>
</ul>
